Linden Lodge care home specialises in providing person-centred nursing and dementia care for the elderly.

The warm and welcoming home is set within 4 acres of landscaped gardens and orchards.

It is close to the village of Polesworth and within easy reach of the M42 and A5. Although the home is set in the rural countryside it is only 20 to 30 minutes drive from Sutton Coldfield, Solihull, Birmingham or Nuneaton.

My Mum has been a resident for 2 1/2 years now.
It was a hard decision to look for a care home for mum. But in Linden Lodge we found a loving, caring home and can't say enough good things about them,
Mum is happy and settled.
She loves all the activities and events and we always feel welcome to
join in. The staff go above and beyond and are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. From the moment you walk in the front door you feel like you're part of one big happy family.

From the moment we viewed the property and unfortunately to the last day of my Mothers life , Linden Lodge were excellent . We could mention several members of staff , but that's against the rules . I am sure they know who they are , and I wish to thank you again.

Our dad stayed at Linden Lodge for end of life care. He was only there for one week, but during this time dad was cared for in a very kind and dignified way. His room was clean and homely, much nicer than hospital. The staff were all lovely to him and me and my sister.

I can't say enough good things about Linden Lodge Warton. My mum has been there 7 months and the change in her is incredible. As a family the last thing we wanted to do was put her there but it's the best thing we could've done. She doesn't get lonely or scared anymore and we have peace of mind. She
loves all the activities and events and we always feel welcome to join in. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. You feel like you're part of one big family.

I am very pleased with the care mom is recieving. The staff are wonderful. I know she is safe and it's a huge weight off my shoulders. The food is good and can be eaten in dining room or own room.
The cleanliness is of a high standard both in mums own room and communal areas.
Communication is great
and we are kept well informed of any issues that may arise.
The staff are always kind friendly and pleasant.

My Mum has been in the Care at Linden Lodge for 3 or 4 years now, and we couldn't be more pleased with the level of care from all of the staff at Linden Lodge. My father arrived at Linden Lodge with complex care needs, requiring proactive management and engagement. From day one, Sister Russel and her dedicated team provided exceptional care, ensuring my father was comfortable and engaged in ways his previous care home could not achieve. The transfer from his

It's never easy to make a decision to put a parent into care. Especially as the child you now become the adult and the parent is the one needing your help. Linden Lodge made this process an easy one to navigate. Sister and her trusted team have been attentive and caring - not just to our parent but
towards the whole family. Helping us to work our way through ways to help our parent adjust from leading an independent life to one of being cared for 24-7. They put on lots of activities for all the residents, bring in hairdressers and chiropodists. They care for our parent which means when we visit it's as a visitor not one of a carer giving us back the role as the child visiting a parent, enabling our parent to have dignity. All this is done with love and care - we are terribly grateful for the whole team and for all the love, affection and fun they bring to our parents life

Mom has been in Linden Lodge care home for nearly 4 years now . She is very happy and settled.
She always says all the staff are very kind and helpful to her.
Whenever myself and family visit mom all the staff greet us with a good morning and smile which we are really appreciative of.
We cannot
fault any of the care mom receives and the staff there work really hard doing a very difficult job but are always cheerful .
If We have any concerns regarding mom we can speak to any member of staff including matron and these will be answered.
The home is kept beautifully clean and the grounds are also very well looked after, in warmer weather mom likes to sit outside in either the courtyard or garden area which are both colourful .
We are very grateful that we found Linden Lodge for mom, her happiness and welfare are well taken care of there which takes a great deal of anxiety away from me and the family .

My mother moved into Linden in July 2024 and we (as a family) are more than happy with the care and respect she has received since then.
When we viewed the home, we were struck by the friendliness of ALL the staff, from reception to cleaners and carers to nurses. We knew it was the right decision
the moment we walked in.
They have supported mums needs with respect and dignity and we'll be forever grateful.
We were overjoyed to be able to arrange a birthday party for her in the family lounge, where they managed to get her out of bed to enjoy her celebrations. As she hadn't been out of bed since her admittance, we were thrilled to see her up and in a wheelchair and be able to make some lasting memories.
The added touch that the staff had bought her a card and gift. We are aware that this will be the norm, it didn't go unnoticed or unappreciated.

Our experience with nursing home care was a lovely experience. Linden Lodge staff went far and beyond for me and my husband to spend the last few days of his life together, staff very supportive, friendly and caring what a brilliant team. Management very supportive, very professional, making sure everything
was in place i.e medications. I couldn't of wished for anything better.

My mother time at Linden was a great experience for us both and her family. All staff from entering the building to leaving was always friendly and caring.

I joined LLNH in 1990 and have been the Registered Manager here for the last 20 years.


Being a qualified Registered Nurse with an Orthopaedic Nurse Certificate and a Level 4 Registered Managers award, I am passionate about making this home the best it can be, not only for the residents but also for the staff that work here and become part of our large family.

I have over 14 years of experience working in the healthcare industry. I joined Linden Care Homes in 2019 as a Care Assistant then progressed to a Deputy Manager.


After two years in that role, I am now job-sharing as a Home Manager with our long-standing Registered Manager at Linden Lodge Nursing Home.


I have a real passion for Person-Centred Care, providing the best care and environment for our residents as if they were my own family. Job satisfaction for me is interacting daily with our residents and seeing them happy.

Sister Russel is a highly qualified motivated nurse having achieved a degree in nursing, a leadership and management award level 4/5 and is a practice assessor for student nurses.
Having worked at Linden Care homes for 16 years she has extensive knowledge and skills in adult general nursing, palliative care, end of life care and has tissue viability expertise.


She leads by example promoting person-centred values of individuality, rights, privacy, choice, independence, dignity and partnership.


Her leadership inspires others based on core values of empathy and caring, kindness, compassion, respect and integrity.
