There kindnes and love is always there for the person in there care and the family on the day my dad passed I was a bit late, so was upset that I could not get there on time to be with him, but sister Russell, Alicia, Natalie and Mary stayed with and talked to my dad to his last, I'm so greatful to them and always will be. There compassion is sublime thank you all x
Thank you for your lovely review. We are happy that we were able to support your father right until his last minutes. We will miss him.
The home is beautiful, staff were all wonderful. Lots of parking, welcoming, food excellent, all made there, it didn't matter dad needed pureed food he had the same as everyone else then beautifully presented. Care for us at the end was wonderful. We never had any concerns re: quality of his care if we weren't there. Can highly recommend.
Thank you for your lovely review. We are pleased that you were happy with the care your father received.
My mother received end of life palliative are at Linden Lodge Nursing Home in the last 6 days of her life. The care mum received and the support given to us as a family was excellent. The nursing home itself had a lovely, comfortable, homely feel to it in beautiful surroundings with plenty of activities on offer to the residents. I know mum would have loved the social side of life at Linden Lodge, had she been well enough.
Thank you for your lovely review. We are always pleased to hear that relatives are happy with the care we deliver.
Linden Lodge Nursing Home was where my husband stayed for 10 months approx. The care he received was excellent. The carers were very caring, patient, kind, loving, who did their duty and beyond. Showed a lot of compassion and in my opinion, cared as if the patient was their family. I cannot say anything other than I would register any member of my family and be at peace with their care. The nursing was wonderful.
Thank you for lovely review and comments. Our aim is always to provide the highest standard of care and support to our residents and their families and we are pleased that you are happy with the care and support your husband and yourself received. It was a privilege to care for him.
Husband wasn't keen on the place. He said the night shift was not very good. The place had a strong smell of pee. Some of the carers were idle, doctors and sisters were fab.
We are sincerely unhappy that you feel we did not live up to your husband's expectations. These are not the standards we aspire to, and as you can see from the numerous reviews that are published on this site, this has not occurred before. We take this on board and will discuss these comments with staff to ensure that standards are met at all times.
Mum only lived at Linden for 15 days, but very quickly it felt like "home" for her and for us. Staff were caring, friendly, approachable, and above all "human". They got to know mum and her needs astonishingly quick. How comforting and reassuring that was during extremely difficult times. Linden understand the importance of caring for the whole family. Every member of this team should be congratulated for going above and beyond.
Thank you for lovely review and comments. We always aim to provide the highest standard of care and support to our residents and their families. Caring for your Mum in her final days was a privilege and we are pleased that you were happy with the care she received.
Our mum moved into Linden Lodge in June 2025. It was not an easy decision for us to make but from the day mum moved in we all knew we had made the right decision. Being at Linden Lodge gave mum her dignity back! The care she received from everyone who work there was excellent. She joined in the activities and was able to have a shower every week which was so important to her as she couldn't do this at home. The nursing staff and carers were so professional + and kind all the time.
Thank you for lovely review and comments. Our aim is always to provide the highest standard of care and support to our residents and their families and we are pleased that you are happy with the care and support your Mum received whilst she was with us. It was a privilege to care for her.
My mum was a resident at Linden Lodge Warton for 4 years until she passed away at the home in July 2025. During the time mum lived there she and our family were very happy with everything at this home, especially the staff. They are all a credit to the home, and it is very evident that they care a great deal for the people in their care. During mums last few days, mum was treated with the greatest of affection and dignity. They were also very supportive towards us (her family).
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We all miss your Mum (and her handbags). We are happy that we met your expectations and made your Mums final days comfortable.
It was a hard decision to look for a care home for mum. But in Linden Lodge we found a loving, caring home and can't say enough good things about them,
Mum is happy and settled.
She loves all the activities and events and we always feel welcome to join in. The staff go above and beyond and are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. From the moment you walk in the front door you feel like you're part of one big happy family.
Thank you for your lovely comments. We are privileged to be able to care for your lovely Mum.
Thanks to everyone who made my Mothers last days as bearable as they could be and for looking after all her friends and family when visiting
Thank you for the nice comments and the lovely review. We are happy that we were able to make your Mum's final days the best they could be and you were all able to spend some quality time with her.
Our dad stayed at Linden Lodge for end of life care. He was only there for one week, but during this time dad was cared for in a very kind and dignified way. His room was clean and homely, much nicer than hospital. The staff were all lovely to him and me and my sister.
Thank you for your lovely review. We are pleased that you were happy with the care your Mum received and the support you received as a family.
I'm very happy with the care and support mum receives. The staff are fantastic. Friendly, caring, helpful, knowledgeable and hard working. The daily lounge activities are always great fun and involve everyone. The regular external entertainment is very varied and well received.
Thank you for your lovely review. We are pleased you are happy with the care your Mum receives.
Mom is very happy to be at the home and as a family we know that she is well looked after and safe. The carers have always been kind and respectful to mum and us , if we have any questions they are happy to answer or will find someone who can answer.
Thank you for your lovely review. We are pleased you are happy with the care your Mum receives.
I can't say enough good things about Linden Lodge Warton. My mum has been there 7 months and the change in her is incredible. As a family the last thing we wanted to do was put her there but it's the best thing we could've done. She doesn't get lonely or scared anymore and we have peace of mind. She loves all the activities and events and we always feel welcome to join in. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. You feel like you're part of one big family.
Thank you for your lovely review. We are pleased you are happy with the care your Mum receives. So happy that she is settled and happy.
The cleanliness is of a high standard both in mums own room and communal areas.
Communication is great and we are kept well informed of any issues that may arise.
The staff are always kind friendly and pleasant.
Thank you for your lovely review. We are pleased you are happy with the care your Mum receives.
My Mum has been in the Care at Linden Lodge for 3 or 4 years now, and we couldn't be more pleased with the level of care from all of the staff at Linden Lodge. They inform us straight away of any problems my Mum has, or had. They keep us all updated on everything. They're all fantastic, and very professional.
Thank you for your lovely review. We are pleased you are happy with the care your Mum receives.
This is now my third review - and the overall care given by everyone at Linden Lodge to my mother is excellent. I am always kept informed of mum's health when need be- and I visit at least twice a week, when I always feel welcomed.
Thank you for your lovely review. It is a pleasure to care for your Mum.
My father arrived at Linden Lodge with complex care needs, requiring proactive management and engagement. From day one, Sister Russel and her dedicated team provided exceptional care, ensuring my father was comfortable and engaged in ways his previous care home could not achieve. The transfer from his previous home was logistically challenging, but the staff at Linden Lodge took on the challenge. The staff throughout the home are friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and positive atmosphere. I would recommend Linden Lodge for anyone seeking compassionate and effective care.
Thank you for your lovely review and that you were pleased with the care your father received. It was a privilege to care for him and to have known him if only for a short time.
Very happy with the care received for our dad, staff go above and beyond to help dad and are also very friendly and helpful with family. Dad has settled in very well and we know all his care needs are met.
It's never easy to make a decision to put a parent into care. Especially as the child you now become the adult and the parent is the one needing your help. Linden Lodge made this process an easy one to navigate. Sister and her trusted team have been attentive and caring - not just to our parent but towards the whole family. Helping us to work our way through ways to help our parent adjust from leading an independent life to one of being cared for 24-7. They put on lots of activities for all the residents, bring in hairdressers and chiropodists. They care for our parent which means when we visit it's as a visitor not one of a carer giving us back the role as the child visiting a parent, enabling our parent to have dignity. All this is done with love and care - we are terribly grateful for the whole team and for all the love, affection and fun they bring to our parents life
Thank you for your lovely review. It is a pleasure and a privilege to care for your Dad and I am happy that we have been able to support you and your family.
