The Manager is a wonderful professional, who with his exceptional dedicated team looks after my brother in such a caring way. I cannot praise them enough for what they do for us on a daily basis. Thankyou.

Really happy with my dad's care. Staff always very welcoming and friendly when visiting and always is a quiet/relaxing atmosphere. Dad's health and well-being is managed well. Nice to see the aromatherapy and sensory therapy being used. Always updated on any changes with his care plan and encouraged
to give my views on his care.

The staff are kind and respectful, they treat residents with dignity. My mum has settled in well and feels content. I am confident that she is well looked after and safe.

Overall a lovely place, my partner has been a resident since 2018 they do all they can do for him. They let me know everything that is going on with him they take very good care of him. I'm happy he is being looked after by caring staff.

I honestly cannot praise Langdale Heights enough. It’s such a warm lovely safe environment. When visiting my grannie recently she told me she feels safe and happy and that the staff are all kind. They truly know my grannie really well.
One member of staff in particular is such a lovely carer and
my grannie's eyes light up when he speaks to her. Another member of staff is so attentive to my grannie and our family, she really makes our visits special. Another member of staff is also amazing making sure everything is in place for my grannie.
The events and activities that take place are regular and engaging, when I come to see my grannie I regularly see her enjoying the activities that are on.
After struggling to find a place that could meet my grannie's needs that we felt was a loving homely environment, my family are so overjoyed with finding Langdale Heights and know that she is loved and cared for when we are not there.
We are forever grateful for the love care and attentiveness provided to my grannie by the whole team.

During the last year my brother has lived at Langdale, I have, at last, peace of mind that he is cared for in the highest standard.
He has complex needs but the staff cope and he is much improved and happy.

Since my mother started her residency, she has been content, comfortable and well looked after in your home. We are happy with the communication we receive from the staff, via email or in person, when we visit and are always made welcome when we make a visit too.

Mum moved to the home in June (approx) and has been cared for amazingly since. The staff are all so kind, welcoming and helpful and we wouldn't want Mum anywhere else.

I am really pleased with the care that my uncle received. He has improved so much since moving to Langdale Heights, and I know he is happy. He has put on weight and enjoys the activities then tells me that the meals are very good and loves the food!
The staff are excellent, always very happy to
help, are very caring, they always greet us on our visits with smiles and updates on how my uncle has been. It has been such a relief to know that is is being well cared for, he likes being at Langdale and this gives me peace of mind that he's in safe hands.

All is good, staff are caring. Clean and does not smell like a care home, so a lot of background work is being done. So well done and doing to all staff. We are so sad you have done away with the Budgies. If most of the residents didn't look or care. We did! As a few others. One of those little
things in life, not there anyone. Goldfish next?

My mother-in-law seems very settled and happy at Langdale. She is looked after very well. The home is very clean and tidy, and the staff are patient and caring. The home is nice, warm and cosy, with different areas to sit.
The staff ask if the care provided is good, listen to your input and make
changes.

Lovely clean environment. Fantastic staff who are very caring. Residents all lovely and clean. My mother is 103 years old Monday 11th. If ever she needs to go into a care home this home will be the top of the list.

Compared to the last home my brother was in, this home does not smell! It is clean. The staff are friendly and we are always offered a drink.

Staff very polite, they give a feeling that they care about the residents.
There always seems to be enough staff to look after the needs of the residents. First impressions is that they made my family feel at ease with the care of my mother.

My father has been a resident at Langdale Heights Care Home for a couple of years now. As a family, we are really happy with the high level of care and support that he receives. A really good staff team who are genuinely committed to their valuable work.
