I would like to express my sincere thanks to all the staff at Magna for the care and support they provide to my mum. The team are always approachable and responsive to any questions or concerns raised by our family.
Communication is open and respectful, which gives me reassurance and confidence in
her care.
Staff interact with Mum in such a gentle and compassionate way. They take the time to engage her, even if only for brief moments due to her communication needs and it is lovely to see that they can still make her smile. These small but meaningful interactions make a real difference to her wellbeing to us as a family and me as her daughter.
I truly appreciate all the kindness, patience and hard work shown every day in looking after my mum. Thank you for everything you do Magna staff.

They take good care of my mummy. The carers are friendly. I come everyday to see my mum and help her, and Im always welcomed.
When I want to take my mum out I get assistance with all that I need.

I am so pleased with the nursing home. All the staff are excellent and show loving care to my wife. They have so much patience, understanding and kindness. It is evident that they are truly devoted to their work.

My husband has settled into the Magna Care Home so well. I couldn't have asked for more. The carers are always so welcoming and go that extra mile to make him feel at home he is given everything he needs. It makes me feel so much better knowing he is being well cared for. The staff are all so kind
and understanding.

I have been impressed by the way all staff know all residents and by the care and patience they all show the residents. Nothing is too much trouble. Any problems are noticed at an early stage and are promptly dealt with. My husband has recently had some health problems and these were treated quickly
and effectively. He is about to be provided with a special chair to assist with his positioning and his lack of mobility. I could not have found a more suitable or cairng home for him. The family atmosphere there is amazing. Long may is continue.

She is well cared for and looked after. Everyone is encouraged to participate in activities. She is our valuable relative see we wish the very best all-around care. Magna Care Home provides this.

My auntie has been a resident at the care home for at least five years. And every time I go the home it always looks and smells clean. The staff are really lovely, very welcoming and get you cups of tea/coffee.
Every time I've been, the food is exceptional, nothing seems too much trouble for the
staff and when the home holds an event, you are invited to join in. I would definitely recommend one of my family to be a resident at the home.

Since my husband began his stay at Magna, it has been a very difficult adjustment. The carers and staff at Magna could not have been any more helpful and kind to myself and my husband. I am extremely happy with the service and treatment/care. Thank you.

So much thanks to the amazing team here. I am able to support the care given to my mum alongside the staff. In order to ensure that this happens, I am made to feel welcome 24/7 and when I have felt the need to stay overnight in my Mum's room I have been provided with bedding and a mattress. The
staff are an absolute asset at Magna. What a warm, caring and welcoming team. So many thanks for everything you do.

Mum is very well looked after, always dressed nicely and clean and tidy. Loves her meals and we are extremely pleased with the care she receives. Staff always very welcoming and friendly. We would not be able to cope without this lovely home.

Staff always friendly and welcoming. Residents are encouraged to sing, dance and do crafts and have fantastic entertainment. Home is pleasant, clean and fresh.

My mum is always cared for, always clean and the majority of the time happy. The carers always have a smile and a wave for her and support her needs.
