Magna Care Home

The staff at Magna were unbelievably kind, caring and professional. Our father was difficult to deal with, especially with his dementia, yet we never felt that he was judged because of his condition. I would like to give a special thank you to Rani, the manager, who went way beyond in caring for us as a family, and our father.

Care & attention given to residents is very good. It is reassuring that my mum is cared for with warmth & sensitivity, & dignity. The home has a very relaxed atmosphere, where the staff are attentive, friendly & so supportive. We are glad we have chosen Magna.

My husband has settled into the Magna Care Home so well. I couldn't have asked for more. The carers are always so welcoming and go that extra mile to make him feel at home he is given everything he needs. It makes me feel so much better knowing he is being well cared for. The staff are all so kind and understanding.

I have been impressed by the way all staff know all residents and by the care and patience they all show the residents. Nothing is too much trouble. Any problems are noticed at an early stage and are promptly dealt with. My husband has recently had some health problems and these were treated quickly and effectively. He is about to be provided with a special chair to assist with his positioning and his lack of mobility. I could not have found a more suitable or cairng home for him. The family atmosphere there is amazing. Long may is continue.

She is well cared for and looked after. Everyone is encouraged to participate in activities. She is our valuable relative see we wish the very best all-around care. Magna Care Home provides this.

Every time I've been, the food is exceptional, nothing seems too much trouble for the staff and when the home holds an event, you are invited to join in. I would definitely recommend one of my family to be a resident at the home.

So much thanks to the amazing team here. I am able to support the care given to my mum alongside the staff. In order to ensure that this happens, I am made to feel welcome 24/7 and when I have felt the need to stay overnight in my Mum's room I have been provided with bedding and a mattress.
