We unfortunately had to move my mum into Belong Morris Feinmann, due to her Alzheimer's diagnosis. We have seen a massive shift in her happiness and well being. The family are so grateful to all the staff, from the night care team, her one to ones.. to the chefs. I like that there's always something
going on, whether it's a baby group with singing, local walks or in-house music events. It's a lovely, welcoming environment and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a happy, caring place for their loved ones.

Staff are extremely helpful and friendly and seem to really care for the residents. The set up works well with the bedrooms surrounding a communal lounge and kitchen area so there is always somewhere the residents can sit and watch things.

Mum has been at Belong Morris Feinmann for almost two years and we have felt lucky the whole time. I have never seen a care home that comes close to what we have at Morris Feinmann. Mum lives on Olive Household, where she is so loved and understood and cared for and where the staff make me feel like
part of the family whenever I come to see her. The activites that take place in the Venue every week day are just wonderful. Mum goes to choir, chair yoga, music therapy and many more activities every day. She goes to a gym appointment every week (which is more than I manage!) And all within the safe space of a care home which has removed so much stress and worry from us and replaced it with a certainty that our beloved mum is being looked after beautifully. Thank you to all involved - I honestly can't imagine her living anywhere better.

Belong is a fantastic place where i feel comfortable leaving my auntie happy and content knowing that they will look after her as i would. Staff are amazing and give their all, its really relaxed and very much like a hotel. Highly recommend.

I have found that the carers are excellent and empathic. This applies to those who work in the hub, especially.but also to others who one sees casually and volunteers.Activities that include and encourage residents involvement are excellent.

Friendly, caring environment, generally well supported by communication with relatives. It would be good to see greater choice of food, including fresh fruit (and fewer high-sugar puddings). Rich programme of cultural activities.

My mum was a resident at Belong for 3 years until she died in February 2026. During each stage of her dementia progression, the care team were able to adapt and meet her needs: helping her to settle in despite her initial confusion, keeping her occupied, happy and safe when she was mobile and then
ensuring dignity, health and security as she became dependent on staff for every aspect of her care. I was frequently impressed with the skill of the staff team in their approaches with mum and other residents and their ability to ensure a calm, caring, respectful atmosphere.
It can be a huge worry entrusting others to care for a loved parent but I was reassured on all visits that mum was being cared for to a high standard with affection and care shown to her by Chanel and the wonderful staff team on Cypress. The team were also supportive to family members with good communication around all relevant issues.
Thank you so much

Staff are caring and provide a consistently excellent level of personal care and emotional support. Mum enjoys hugs and kisses and likes to sit with staff and wander around with them when they are working. Mum has advanced dementia and the staff are very patient and have learnt how to manage her
dislike of person care and wherever possible to let her sleep get up when she's ready. Mum's eating is erratic and she's offered tea and toast if she refuses the prepared meal. The staff use the distraction technique to avoid confrontation and disturbance for the other residents. Mum is mostly relaxed and content in spite her extreme confusion and low level of cognitive function. Mum's health needs are well managed by referral to the GP team when an infection is suspected.

Moving mum to Belong Morris Feinmann 3 years ago was the best decision we could have made.
After being a regular at experience days at BMF where she was beautifully cared for by Angela , when mum could no longer live independently there was no question that BMF was the place for mum.
From the
moment mum moved into Cypruss the exceptional care, support and genuine affection shown to her was above and beyond any expectations.
Every single member of the team went above and beyond - not just meeting mum's needs but also being there for my sister and myself.
Living with Dementia can be a challenging journey, not only for the person experiencing it but for the whole family.
Knowing that she was surrounded by such kindness, patience and understanding gave us immense comfort and peace of mind.
Thank you all for treating her with dignity and for supporting us as a family through difficult moments.
We will be eternally grateful for the love and care you gave her.
With heartfelt thank

My dad became a resident of Belong Morris Feinmann when his dementia became too advanced to cope at home, and my mum followed him in and stayed there until she died. They were cared for there for three years in total. From the first day to the last I have nothing but positive things to say about how
they were looked after and about our dealings with every single member of the team. The genuine affection, as well as care, that every single member of the team showed them both was lovely to see. My sister and I felt 100% confident that they were being looked after as well as they possibly could and I can't exaggerate how much warmth and genuine affection they received, as well as the care that they needed. And the overwhelming majority of staff who were still there after 3 years was notable; I guess that finding and then retaining people who genuinely care is one of BMF's greatest strengths.
I'm very happy to recommend them without hesitation; my parents simply could not have been better cared for

My Dad came to Belong in the last year of his life, it brought him closer to family and gave us precious time at the end.
He made some wonderful connections with the staff on Olive and with the wider team.
The end of life care was of a 'gold standard' led by a team of compassionate individuals
who worked seamlessly around the clock to make the end comfortable. Something that meant a lot to us both.
Throughout my time interacting with staff and management, I was always listened to and treated with kindness and respect.

This has been absolutely the right decision, moving Dad to Belong Morris Feinmann has given him a better quality of life on every level. As a family we didn't get a map of his dementia journey ahead but the team have supported Dad better than we could have hoped for, emotionally & physically inc
adapting day to day living with new symptoms & challenges as they appear.
We started with home visits, increasing as his needs determined. Then with advice & support of a dementia nurse began to understand some of the journey ahead & the need to look at the next step of supported living. After researching a number of care providers led us to Belong Morris Feinmann.
A huge thank you to all the Belong team members on this journey that have also supported us as a family..

The ongoing care and support given to dad on Juniper Household is excellent. Sally and the team are kind, caring and bring a sense of fun to everyday. There are actvities within the village and on the households for residents to join in with if they wish. Last week the Juniper Team put on a Spanish
themed party with decorations, buffet, music, dancing and a quiz, which the household residents really enjoyed. Members of the senior management team and other staff from around the village also popped in to join the party. Moving dad here was the best thing we did, he has started living and enjoying life again :)

The team were so caring and helpful, demonstrating kindness, stimulation and support for my friend. They always kept the family informed of any requirements or changes during his declining health and even took time to attend his funeral, which we all appreciated. The team responded quickly to his
needs and worked tirelessly to maintain his dignity. My friend enjoyed music sessions, afternoon tea and even made some new friends. Its often the small, caring touches that make such a big difference to someone at this stage of life. I would highly recommend BMF.

We were delighted with the care given to my Dad during his time at Morris Feinmann. It was lovely to see him smiling and laughing and interacting with other residents and staff. His room was lovely and bright and kept as clean as possible. There were a range of activities and Dad was encouraged to
attend. He enjoyed the Friday night religious services and prayers. No matter what time of the day or night the staff would make my dad tea and toast. All of the staff were very supportive of my dad's individual care needs.

Both of my aunts spent their final few years in independent apartments here, and each time I visited them I was struck by the welcoming atmosphere, the excellent facilities and the friendly and professional staff. My aunts were able to lead an active social life both inside and outside Belong, which
made all the difference to their well-being and was a great reassurance to their families. My thanks to all concerned.

I would highly recommend this care home. My Dad has been a resident there for six months now. His mobility has improved significantly and he has started to put on much needed weight. He's the happiest I've seen him in years. The staff are very caring and helpful, the food excellent and there are
daily activities should you choose to join in. The home is modern and well designed, clean and has a community feel that feels like home.

Having lived independently in her own flat for many years, my aunt's necessary move to BMF was difficult for her. However the staff were enormously helpful, assessing her needs and helping her settle quickly into her new routines and environment. Her stay was a short one and she didn't get time to
fully enjoy what the home had to offer. However the staff were wonderful in making her last weeks as comfortable as they could be. I could not fault the staff and management team. They made things very much easier for my aunt and me at that difficult time and would have no hesitation in recommending the care home to others.

I wouldn't put my dog in there, the food was disgusting, my dads basic needs were not met. He wasn't clean, the room smelt of urine, he had no socks. Many times he had no hearing aids. They don't employ enough staff per resident. My dad lasted four months in there. What a sad ending to his life. He
looked like a tramp.

My wife was a resident for 2 1/2 years until she passed away. Throughout her stay the care was excellent as were the facilities and activities, especially the musical events which not only did she thoroughly enjoy but was able to sing to some of the music and use words that otherwise she could not
articulate.
If the Bistro was open in the evening more families would probably eat there with their family.
