View Full Details of Pendleton Court Care HomeAttended the afternoon BBQ in dining room. Music and entertainment went down well with residents. Food was very good but at times service and staff seemed disorganised and were arguing amongst themselves.
Marie has been happy being in here at Pendleton Court and John is very happy he chose Pendleton Court for her to stay. I think all the staff and management are excellent in their job they do and Lesley is very good as an activity organiser.
My mum has been a resident for 18+ months. In that time, she has been shown nothing but kindness and support. Even when Mum has felt fear and frustration through illness, nothing has been too much trouble. Mum has been very settled just recently and has been able to enjoy and participate in all the activities that the home provides.
Lovely, friendly environment where residents and their families are extremely well looked after. Any issues are swiftly dealt with.
Attended family and residents' BBQ. Good entertainment and very nice food. Tombola and raffle too for raising funds.
Staff very friendly/caring. Food good and plentiful.
BBQ Day. This was an excellent event organised for the residents with family involvement. Everybody really enjoyed it. It was well organised. The event organiser was just brilliant and did a fantastic job.
This is an amazing place! The staff are brilliant! The residents needs are totally at the forefront. Salford desperately needs more fabulous places like it for it's elderly & residents who are in need of support & love.
Very welcoming atmosphere. Excellent party food provided and lots of effort in decorating the dining room for residents and guest. The grading on safety/security relates to a recent incident.
Visited only for a few hours for a 90th birthday party. We were very impressed based on this limited view.
Excellent home, good food, good staff, very clean, does not smell, nothing is too much trouble for them, lots of activities for the residents, one staff member in particular is fantastic.
In my opinion it's clean, bright and airy, lots of facilities for family members to make coffee/tea in the cafe. Staff all seem nice and friendly - I've tried the food, it's been good. We've made new friends here, a great community of relatives here.
Hard to put in words: A bright, jolly, safe place for my parents to be. I am always made to feel welcome.
All the staff are really helpful and very kind. My mum loves all the activities and days out she gets to go on. Love to see all of the pictures I get shown. My mum has made friends with some of the residents and I know she gets them up dancing and singing! This has helped her to settle in very well. I am kept updated with things from the management, very happy with everything.
My grandad is a resident here and I am so pleased with the staff, especially the entertainment side. They are all so caring and welcoming and have helped my grandad out so much.
I love my dad being in here the staff are so nice the entertainment lady is so good with the resident. She goes out of her way to make them smile what lovely lady am greatful she here and helps my dad.
We have a current complaint relating to the night team. However we have a brilliant relationship with most staff and they do give brilliant care to my nan. Especially fourteen members of staff. Another staff member is brilliant with everyone. Another staff member is also fantastic and always goes above and beyond.
I would really like to mention one member of staff in particular and how much she goes the extra mile. Nothing is ever too much trouble, she knows every single resident and what they like. On many a times she has cooked separate meals for my mum to ensure she eats. Please ensure this staff member receives this feedback.
My partner's mum's twin sister came in here in March 2024 after being diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, we cannot fault the care that my family member received whilst she was in here, she was well cared for with respect whilst she was in here, she was well cared for with respect to her wishes. My relative loved going in the garden, her twin sister was made to feel so welcome, her twin was welcomed to join in events and to go on social outing with resident. After my relative passed away, her twin, my partner and I have been made to feel more than welcome to visit anytime.
Mum has been a resident at Pendleton Court since May 2024. Throughout her stay, she has been treated with respect and all staff have been very friendly. A particular mention to one member of staff who works extremely hard coordinating entertainment activities ensuring all residents are included. She keeps family members informed of all activities and ensures the entertainment programme is published.
