All the staff are really helpful and very kind. My mum loves all the activities and days out she gets to go on. Love to see all of the pictures I get shown. My mum has made friends with some of the residents and I know she gets them up dancing and singing! This has helped her to settle in very well.
I am kept updated with things from the management, very happy with everything.

We have a current complaint relating to the night team. However we have a brilliant relationship with most staff and they do give brilliant care to my nan. Especially fourteen members of staff. Another staff member is brilliant with everyone. Another staff member is also fantastic and always goes above
and beyond.

It has been 12 months since my mother has been in Pendleton Court. During this time my mother has been shown nothing but kindness and support. All the staff know her name and her likes/dislikes. Mum responds well to a smile and a wave from everyone. Laundry, handyman and cooks all care about my mums
well being. We appreciate everyone and all that they do.

I would really like to mention one member of staff in particular and how much she goes the extra mile. Nothing is ever too much trouble, she knows every single resident and what they like. My partner's mum's twin sister came in here in March 2024 after being diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, we cannot fault the care that my family member received whilst she was in here, she was well cared for with respect whilst she was in here, she was well cared for with respect to her wishes. My
relative loved going in the garden, her twin sister was made to feel so welcome, her twin was welcomed to join in events and to go on social outing with resident. After my relative passed away, her twin, my partner and I have been made to feel more than welcome to visit anytime.

Mum has been a resident at Pendleton Court since May 2024. Throughout her stay, she has been treated with respect and all staff have been very friendly. A particular mention to one member of staff who works extremely hard coordinating entertainment activities ensuring all residents are included. She
keeps family members informed of all activities and ensures the entertainment programme is published.

Where do I start? I 100% couldn't fault this care home. My Nana was happy, comfortable and respected so much. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and management team. We had complete access to everything we asked for to spend every single minute with our Nan. Working in a care home myself, I
wanted what was best for her, making sure everything was put into place as I do with my residents, and she did receive the best care. We were allowed to stay overnight so she wasn't alone, staff were incredibly understanding, compassionate and attentive. We honestly felt so at home. I even walked around in my slippers! I'd like to give a special thank you to a particular member of staff. She's an absolute credit to your team. I'd also like to thank every single staff member on the day of my nan's passing for the respectful goodbye you gave her and support afterwards. And I'd like to thank the manager for how kind and caring he is too! If I had to choose a care home all over again, I would 100% pick Pendleton Court.

As a Registered Nurse, Anoj has gained a wealth of experience in providing care and nursing support to elderly people, to enrich their lives. He is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and quality of life for Residents.


Having chosen to work in the care sector to bring a positive change in people’s lives, Anoj closely shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. He extends this caring approach to his colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to residents in a way that they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.


When asked what he enjoys most about his role, Anoj remarked:


“Managing all aspects of the day-to-day running of the care home to ensure people who live and work there are happy, and that high-quality care is provided to all.”


Anoj has also achieved much outside of work, with his proudest achievement being helping to run a retirement home in India, providing them with financial support and advice.


Outside of work, Anoj enjoys spending time with his family, travelling and football.
