View full details of Pendleton Court Care HomeMum is very happy here and so well cared for. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.
My mum is so well looked after here at Pendleton Court, all the staff are amazing and all have my mum's best interests at heart. This is my mum's second Christmas at Pendleton Court, and she is very settled and adjusted well. This is all down to the staff's caring ethos.
Pendleton Court is a welcoming, caring, friendly, family-orientated home. The residents and family members are made to feel that they can approach the staff about anything, the entertainment provided is varied, days out (where applicable), meals out, singers, concerts and exercise programmes. The home and its decor is being updated and looks beautfiul and homely, especially at Christmas time. The food is high-quality.
My grandad has improved so much since being here and gets along with all the staff and residents. He is well looked after and happier.
We have found staff to be helpful, caring and always willing to be on hand for us, as we are on nursing care it helps when leaving knowing she is in good, caring hands.
Having spent the majority of my career reviewing/inspecting care homes, I think it speaks volumes that we chose Pendleton Court for Mum. I know that I don't have to worry about Mum and can leave her safely. Staff not only look after and care for residents but their families as well. Thanks everyone. xx
My mother was admitted to Pendleton on 5th September 2025. She was suffering from dehydration and would not eat. The combined efforts of the carers brought about a great improvement in her condition and within a few weeks she was drinking without prompting and eating solid foods. It was a remarkable achievement. The staff at Pendleton assisted greatly in enabling a physiotherapist to bring about an improvement in her mobility in that she can now not only get out of bed but also stand for short periods of time. Above all my mother who is nearly 100 years is much less anxious.
My mother lives at pendleton court and has been there a few years Megan and all staff are very professional and always ready to help with any concerns they take good care of my mother I can't thank them enough
To the extraordinary team at Pendleton Court Care Home. For the last 13 years you have been more than a care home for my wife, you have been her sanctuary and our extended family. Caring for a loved one in a vegetative state requires a special kind of dedication and the staff at Pendleton Court exemplify this every single day. Their professionalism is matched only by their profound compassion. They have not merely attended to her clinical needs with impeccable skill and vigilance, but they have treated her with the utmost dignity, respect. The weight of such a long term situation is immense but the team at Pendleton Court has consistently provided me with peace of mind knowing my wife is in such a capable hands has been the greatest comfort. I cannot recommend Pendleton Court highly enough they are simply the best.
Attended the afternoon BBQ in dining room. Music and entertainment went down well with residents. Food was very good but at times service and staff seemed disorganised and were arguing amongst themselves.
Marie has been happy being in here at Pendleton Court and John is very happy he chose Pendleton Court for her to stay. I think all the staff and management are excellent in their job they do and Lesley is very good as an activity organiser.
Attended family and residents' BBQ. Good entertainment and very nice food. Tombola and raffle too for raising funds.
Staff very friendly/caring. Food good and plentiful.
BBQ Day. This was an excellent event organised for the residents with family involvement. Everybody really enjoyed it. It was well organised. The event organiser was just brilliant and did a fantastic job.
This is an amazing place! The staff are brilliant! The residents needs are totally at the forefront. Salford desperately needs more fabulous places like it for it's elderly & residents who are in need of support & love.
Very welcoming atmosphere. Excellent party food provided and lots of effort in decorating the dining room for residents and guest. The grading on safety/security relates to a recent incident.
Visited only for a few hours for a 90th birthday party. We were very impressed based on this limited view.
Excellent home, good food, good staff, very clean, does not smell, nothing is too much trouble for them, lots of activities for the residents, one staff member in particular is fantastic.
In my opinion it's clean, bright and airy, lots of facilities for family members to make coffee/tea in the cafe. Staff all seem nice and friendly - I've tried the food, it's been good. We've made new friends here, a great community of relatives here.
Hard to put in words: A bright, jolly, safe place for my parents to be. I am always made to feel welcome.
