My dad is a resident here I'm so glad we made the hard decision to place dad in care but at Brooklands dad is with people with the same problems as he is the activities provided by Elaine are amazing dad enjoys joining in with these and the singing really helps him be in good spirits the staff are
really really helpful with dad and he has bonded well with them dads been with Brooklands since February 21st 2025 so glad we made this our choice for dad rather than be at his own home without no interactive with likewise people.Thank you everyone at Brooklands.

I love the home they have looked after my uncle mick and my auntie Nora the activities they do with the residents are great and keeps them on there toes. They don't just sit them all in a room an leave them to rot like other care homes that my boyfriends dad as been in an is in know. The staff are
brilliant always doing stuff to raise money for the residents and they take the residents out for a change of scenery. And the parties they have are also really good thankyou for everything you all do x

My Nan moved into the home in Nov 2025 . It wasn't an easy decision for us to make . David, Danielle and the staff team have been so welcoming , nothing is an issue , always happy to help!!
Before our Nan moved into this home she would sleep a lot of the day - her movements would consist of
moving from her bed to couch each day . Since being her the transformation is incredible . Take takes part in the wonderful activities daily Elaine and the wider staff team are so energetic and thoughtful making sure the days are filled with fun and laughter .
My heart swells when I see my Nan to happy and settled . Each time I visit ( a lot ) there is always activities going on and everyone is so welcoming . I also love that they provide their private social media page . You can see the joy each of our loved ones has . A definite recommendation from me and us as a family ! I've already shared and recommended to some friends and family and will continue to to so ! Thank you for all you do!

Very upsetting when my mother had to go into care as we were not able to look after her the way we should of
It was the best decision as a family we made
My mum has done more in Brooklands in the first 6 weeks
She is so happy there up dancing and singing
And they also take the residents out
Always something going on to keep residents engaged
Can't recommend Brooklands enough

Brooklands is a fabulous care home.
The care & dedication provided by each member of staff is to be commended.
My Nan has been a resident for over 18 months and is truly happy at Brooklands.
This move to Brooklands was the best decision we could have made as a family. It has eased lots of
stress for the family.

My mother has settled very well she is very happy. The staff and mangement are excellent the activties are outstanding full participation in every thing always something going on.

I cannot say how much Brooklands has done for my Mum, she is happy and much more talkative than she has been for a long time. The staff are outstanding and can't do enough for everyone.

My Mother was admitted in November 26 can't believe she has settled so well . The Manager and staff team are excellent after visiting other homes prior this one. Brooklands was the most welcoming and family oriented. The activities are meaningful and give her a purpose prior to going there she did
nothing except sleep. My Mother is happy in herself and has settled very well I would highly recommend this outstanding home to anyone can't thank the Team enough.

Brooklands is a fabulous care home and my friend's mum appears to be very happy living here. It is a nice place to visit, has a great atmosphere whenever I visit. The activities that they include the residents in are amazing.
The staff are so helpful and friendly and so so much to help with the
residents in such a professional way.
I would and do recommend this place all day long.

Mum moved in on June 20th 2025. She took some time to settle, as in her fleeting moments of clarity,she would get upset, not understanding why she needed to be in residential care. Team Brooklands were just wonderful with her during these times, and now, she is settled and happy. The care shown, and
the fun they all have, is beyond heartwarming......and we're all very, very lucky, to have Brooklands in our family

I cannot express how excellent the care is that mum receives from the team at Brooklands. David always keeps me updated and communicates mums progress frequently. Although mum has no capacity she knows her carers and responds well to them. They all show her warmth and make the environment as near to
home as they can. When a loved one comes into care there is always a fear and apprehension but the team certainly allow all those fears and it's relief to know mum is safe and very well looked after.

I can very happily report that our Mum receives the very highest standard of care at Brooklands Care Home. The staff are all amazing, caring and professional. The activities organised are exceptional, entertaining, fun and engaging. Even on dull days, there is a bright, sunny atmosphere.
In March,
we sadly realised we were no longer able to meet our Mum's care needs, as she has Alzheimer's. She took a bit of time to settle in, as it was a big change for her, but she is now much happier and healthier. We haven't seen the walking stick she went in with, but that is because she no longer needs it! Not bad for 93.
We don't have to worry about her now and are happy in the knowledge Mum is extremely well cared for.
Thank you so much to each and every member of staff in the home, to management for leading such a dedicated team and to Elaine for providing the entertainment.

This is such a beautiful home, always lots of entertainment for the residents which they absolutely love . Staff go above and beyond to help in situations. I'm so happy for my mum be there . As a carer myself and worked in lots of care homes this would be top of the list to anyone looking for a
loved one . Carers are fantastic with residents.

I have been going to see my friend she has been in the home for about seven months. I love the friendly staff, my friend has really settled in she very happy well looked after and I love going to see her, I would recommend this home massively and tell my friends about it.
