Mum has been a resident of Brooklands for just over a year now. Was worried when we placed in the home
But Elaine the activity leader and the Management Dave/Danielle and all the team are exceptionally good and work very hard
Anytime you go into Brooklands the residents are always engaged in different activities

The daily activities which include, chair yoga, painting, singing/dancing and numerous games are undertaken by Elaine, she is such a wonderful person and her fun personality shines in the residents, she truly is an asset.

My dad is a resident here I'm so glad we made the hard decision to place dad in care but at Brooklands dad is with people with the same problems as he is the activities provided by Elaine are amazing dad enjoys joining in with these and the singing really helps him be in good spirits the staff are really really helpful with dad and he has bonded well with them dads been with Brooklands since February 21st 2025 so glad we made this our choice for dad rather than be at his own home without no interactive with likewise people.Thank you everyone at Brooklands.

I love the home they have looked after my uncle mick and my auntie Nora the activities they do with the residents are great and keeps them on there toes. They don't just sit them all in a room an leave them to rot like other care homes that my boyfriends dad as been in an is in know. The staff are brilliant always doing stuff to raise money for the residents and they take the residents out for a change of scenery. And the parties they have are also really good thankyou for everything you all do x

Before our Nan moved into this home she would sleep a lot of the day - her movements would consist of moving from her bed to couch each day . Since being her the transformation is incredible . Take takes part in the wonderful activities daily Elaine and the wider staff team are so energetic and thoughtful making sure the days are filled with fun and laughter .
My heart swells when I see my Nan to happy and settled . Each time I visit ( a lot ) there is always activities going on and everyone is so welcoming . I also love that they provide their private social media page . You can see the joy each of our loved ones has . A definite recommendation from me and us as a family ! My Mother was admitted in November 26 can't believe she has settled so well . The Manager and staff team are excellent after visiting other homes prior this one. Brooklands was the most welcoming and family oriented. The activities are meaningful and give her a purpose prior to going there she did nothing except sleep.
