I can't thank Brooklands enough.
Since my mum went in late Dec 2024 she has been well looked after. The home is clean and tidy, personal care is good, food is fabulous, and there are loads of activities. Mum is thriving and tells us she is happy and been there for years! All the staff are so approachable
and friendly but also very professional when dealing with the residents. Although this has been hard for the family the transition for my mum has been very smooth. I would highly recommend Brooklands care home to any relatives of a loved one with dementia.

My wife has been Brookland for a few months the staff and manager are very good and carring
The home is very clean the food is very good there is somethink going on every day my wife loves it which makes me feel better.

Mum has been in the centre from July after 3 years of living no life, the staff have brought her back, we cannot thank you enough family can visit anytime,take her out. Nothing is too much for the staff.
Mum used to watch TV just sit in the chair now she's being motivated by the fabulous staff encouraging
all the residents that every day can different filled with care.

Would highly recommend Brooklands Care Home. Mum has been there 12 months now. My appreciation for all the amazing team continues to grow. Mum has a lovely room overlooking the garden with her own toilet.
There are lots of activities daily with a wide variety to suit different needs but all fun, and
celebrating the year such as VE Day etc. Mum really enjoys the food, she is eating well and her health has been much improved since being a resident. The home is outstanding, the biggest recommendation has to be the staff though. They are fabulous. From the management to carers to kitchen to the domestic team I can't praise them enough. They are professional, engaged in care, compassionate and go well beyond expectations. It is so reassuring to know mum is safe and cared for by professionals. They should be very proud of all they do.

The staff care is excellent - they prepare many entertainments throughout the month and keep the residents active, happy and comfortable. The food is brilliant and mum loves the cake selections! I can't thank them enough for the level of care - the manager has done a superb job.

My auntie has recently become a resident, I find the staff so nice and friendly, they always seem so welcoming and happy to work there and to be caring for your loved ones. There seems to be something going on each day to keep the residents occupied, it was a tough decision putting our auntie into
a home but so far, we've all agreed we've made the right decision choosing here.

I had no experience of care homes until a few months ago when we placed my dad into a home. Our first experience with a different home wasn't good and then Brooklands Care Home came to the rescue! It's everything we had hoped for for our dad. The energy and atmosphere, it's light and bright, clean and
airy. It's a fun place to be. The residents are entertained and engaged in many activities daily which is so important with dementia. The staff are friendly and welcoming and always interact with the residents. We feel relieved to have found a home where Dad is safe, well cared for and looked after. They all do a really great job there and we are so grateful. Five stars!

Excellent home, hardworking staff. The activities coordinator puts on amazing events whatever the special day is, she will organise an event to match. She includes all residents always.
Very clean home, always highly recommend.

Cannot fault anything here, cleanliness is excellent, staff are so helpful, friendly, and very approachable. Everything is well organised. Since arriving at Brooklands Care Home, my nan has really settled in well, staff are really kind and make every day happy! She loves bingo trips out and getting her hair done and having a good dance, activities are fab.

All the staff here go above and beyond for the residents. Whenever we ask for help with anything, they will always assist. My nan's room is always spotless and well-kept. There is always entertainment to keep the residents busy. My nan is happy here and is settled. Overall, I cannot fault anything about
her care here. It's a cosy, welcoming place, and we love coming to visit her here. The staff always make a fuss of us. The manager and whole team are excellent, and we are so thankful my nan is here.

Our mum has been a resident at Brooklands since December 2020 - it was the hardest decision we had to face as a family but we were so lucky to have found a place where Mum really settled and is well cared for. All the staff are lovely with Mum and any concerns or worries we've had have been listened
to and acted upon immediately. Big shout out to the activities coordinator who works tirelessly to keep residents active and entertained. Such a comfort knowing Mum is safe and looked after.

Both parents were welcomed into Brooklands in October 2022 after being diagnosed with dementia. They settled in really well with the support of a dedicated and caring team of wonderful individuals. Mum unfortunately passed away earlier this year but Dad is thriving, taking an active part in a range
of brain-stimulating activities. As a family, we can relax knowing he is safe and extremely well cared for. Couldn’t recommend Brooklands more.

Mom moved into Brooklands Care Home in September 2023 due to rapidly deteriorating dementia. She settled there straight away, enjoying the company of the other residents and engaging in all the many and varied activities on offer. All staff, regardless of their role, treat her with dignity, compassion,
and respect and appear passionate about their work.
Mom has put on a bit of much-needed weight since her admission and always looks smart and well-groomed. I haven’t seen her so happy in many years. I can now relax knowing that she’s safe and so well looked after.
The staff team are very approachable and professional and, irrespective of who I talk to, is always up to speed with Mom’s situation. The manager always seems to be looking for ways to improve the service and provide the best possible support and environment for the residents based on their individual and collective needs.
He and the staff team are a credit to the organisation. I can’t thank them enough.

Brooklands Care Home has lovely staff. Look after my mum very well. Maybe a few more activities to stimulate them would be good and when warmer weather comes, take them out so their lives can be as normal as possible.

My dad has been a resident here since April 2021 and the staff have been really supportive. They have kept me informed, have always been approachable and have looked after my dad well.
My dad is moving to a new care home next week, simply due to me relocating to Wales and so he can be closer to me,
however I would highly recommend Brooklands Care Home to anyone looking for a placement for their family member with dementia. Thank you to all of the staff!

David leads the team at Brooklands with a real passion for dementia care. He supports his team to become a 'family' for his residents, so that they can be relaxed, make friends and have the best of times, every day.
