My friend has needed care for some time and I'm so happy she has settled into Brooklands Care Home like it's her home. She is putting on weight and sleeping better. The management has been so helpful and the staff also are a treat. The atmosphere is always on the happy scale and it's so clean and very

Staff are very helpful, Mum gets well looked after and nothing is a problem for staff. The home is really clean and well looked after. Mum is really at home.

I have always found staff wonderful. Mum has been here for over a year. She has put weight on and is always clean and tidy. I also enjoy the entertainment, staff willing to hear your comments and take action if needed.

Very happy with the Care at Brooklands, happy place for my brother to live. Staff do a very good job. Activities on offer are very good, the gardens are well maintained staff kept us up to date during Covid.

We as a family, are very happy with the care Mum gets. Everyone goes the extra mile to look after her and her cat. All the staff love the cat. We can't praise the staff enough. My mum has a lovely room. The home has a lovely garden so all the residents can sit out in the good weather. My mum has only

I am satisfied with Mum's care. Her health care needs are met and she eats well. The staff are very obliging, very patient and helpful. The managers/ team leaders are helpful and understanding. A more permanent hairdressing service would be good, I know there.

I can only apologise that our hairdresser has not always been in attendance in the home but when the home was unfortunately closed to visitors, due to covid outbreaks, the rules are that the hairdresser is also not able to come in to us. However, I can report that hairdresser was in the home today and everyone looked beautiful! Kind regards

My sister has been at Brooklands Care Home for some time now. We are very happy with the care provided for her. She tells us the food is nice and enjoys taking part in the activities going on. We are very happy as a family, she is well looked after.

I cannot praise the staff in this home enough. The attention and care given to my very elderly relatives were above and beyond all expectations. They also took care of the family during a very sad and traumatic time for us.

I can't praise the staff enough, lovely clean and friendly home. The staff go out of their way to help the residents, lovely home. All the staff, cleaners and managers do a fantastic job. The gardens are fantastic for residents.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the staff at Brooklands for their help with my father. The manager and deputy manager visited my father at very short notice and were very professional in the way they both dealt with my father. I decided to start my father off as respite but after
it became obvious that he would not be able to live on his own any longer I had no hesitation in asking Brooklands if my father could become a permanent resident.
It’s the attention to detail in the smaller things that I would like to applaud the most. I was impressed with Brooklands regular updates if they thought there was anything I should know about. When it was decided that my father would need more specialist care the manager went above and beyond the call of duty in not only liaising with the local hospital but also finding my father a place in another Dovehaven home.
I recommend Brooklands unequivocally.

Dad is relatively new to this care home, it will be nearly a month now since he moved in. It was one of the most difficult decisions we have made as a family actually putting Dad into a home, we vigorously researched what we considered to be the most suitable one that ticked all the boxes for Dad's
needs. I struggle to put into words how pleased and reassured we are that we have found the right home for Dad, the staff and management are an absolute credit to the care home community. They are genuinely lovely people, so caring, attentive and thoughtful and go out of their way to ensure they do everything possible to make all their residents' stay a very happy, safe and extremely comfortable one. Not only have we witnessed, as a family, the good work that consistently goes on in this care home, we can see it in Dad who looks so very well, better than we have seen him look for quite some time. Dad's disposition, overall attitude and wellbeing is more than we could have hoped for.

This care home is excellent and the staff here always go the extra mile to answer any queries. They have a friendly cheerful attitude whenever you see them. During this very difficult time, they have kept our relatives safe in a very professional way.
It is extremely clean and the laundry is good.
My aunt and uncle love the food which they say is very good and they deserve the highest accolade.

This is an excellent care home where my dad was a resident from July until he passed away in December 2020. In the last few months of his life, we saw him dancing, painting and enjoying a host of other activities which kept him engaged even with severe Alzheimer’s and Dementia.
He was so happy here
and the management and every member of staff were so dedicated whilst looking after him. We have lovely memories of him due to the videos and pictures they sent us regularly due to COVID restrictions. The care given to our family during this time was also excellent. I would recommend Brooklands to families looking for excellent care for their loved ones where everyone goes above and beyond even during these unprecedented times.

My dad was admitted to Brooklands in July 2020 with Alzheimer's. He was treated with dignity and respect and had a fabulous time, painting, dancing and doing other activities on a daily basis.
The staff couldn't have looked after him better and he was always clean, tidy and well turned out. We couldn't
have been happier with the care he received. He was part of their family too.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Brooklands to anyone.

I cannot thank the staff and the manager enough for everything they do for my wife. She always looks well looked after and cared for. The visitor's pod is an amazing addition to the home. It’s amazing to see my wife looking so well looked after and happy it makes this whole pandemic more bearable.

Our visit today was the first and we were apprehensive. My uncle seemed calm, happy and well-dressed. We couldn't be happier and were so relieved. We had a lovely chat together in the garden and the staff we encountered were lovely. They all knew my uncle and were aware of his history. Thank you so

David leads the team at Brooklands with a real passion for dementia care. He supports his team to become a 'family' for his residents, so that they can be relaxed, make friends and have the best of times, every day. He continues to support resident families to help them have peace of mind and reassurance that their loved ones can live well with dementia.

He says, 'It's important that we make a difference to the people we look after and provide exceptional care for people living with dementia. Our home is a home from home, a home for the local community.
