My mum has been a resident of brooklands for over 18 months now and she is happy and settled, it has took a lot of strain off the family, the staff are excellent and caring, it's the best move we made

Brooklands is a fabulous care home and my friend's mum appears to be very happy living here. It is a nice place to visit, has a great atmosphere whenever I visit. The activities that they include the residents in are amazing. The staff are so helpful and friendly and so so much to help with the residents in such a professional way. I would and do recommend this place all day long.

Mum moved in on June 20th 2025. She took some time to settle, as in her fleeting moments of clarity,she would get upset, not understanding why she needed to be in residential care. Team Brooklands were just wonderful with her during these times, and now, she is settled and happy. The care shown, and the fun they all have, is beyond heartwarming......and we're all very, very lucky, to have Brooklands in our family

I cannot express how excellent the care is that mum receives from the team at Brooklands. David always keeps me updated and communicates mums progress frequently. Although mum has no capacity she knows her carers and responds well to them. They all show her warmth and make the environment as near to home as they can. When a loved one comes into care there is always a fear and apprehension but the team certainly allow all those fears and it's relief to know mum is safe and very well looked after.

I can very happily report that our Mum receives the very highest standard of care at Brooklands Care Home. The staff are all amazing, caring and professional. The activities organised are exceptional, entertaining, fun and engaging. Even on dull days, there is a bright, sunny atmosphere. In March, we sadly realised we were no longer able to meet our Mum's care needs, as she has Alzheimer's. She took a bit of time to settle in, as it was a big change for her, but she is now much happier and healthier. We haven't seen the walking stick she went in with, but that is because she no longer needs it! Not bad for 93. We don't have to worry about her now and are happy in the knowledge Mum is extremely well cared for. Thank you so much to each and every member of staff in the home, to management for leading such a dedicated team and to Elaine for providing the entertainment.

This is such a beautiful home, always lots of entertainment for the residents which they absolutely love . Staff go above and beyond to help in situations. I'm so happy for my mum be there . As a carer myself and worked in lots of care homes this would be top of the list to anyone looking for a loved one . Carers are fantastic with residents.

I have been going to see my friend she has been in the home for about seven months. I love the friendly staff, my friend has really settled in she very happy well looked after and I love going to see her, I would recommend this home massively and tell my friends about it.

I can't thank Brooklands enough. Since my mum went in late Dec 2024 she has been well looked after. The home is clean and tidy, personal care is good, food is fabulous, and there are loads of activities. Mum is thriving and tells us she is happy and been there for years! All the staff are so approachable and friendly but also very professional when dealing with the residents. Although this has been hard for the family the transition for my mum has been very smooth. I would highly recommend Brooklands care home to any relatives of a loved one with dementia.

My wife has been Brookland for a few months the staff and manager are very good and carring The home is very clean the food is very good there is somethink going on every day my wife loves it which makes me feel better.

My Mum became a resident of Brooklands's care home in June 2024 , due to her dementia, After viewing a number of homes , Brooklands's was by far the best choice, Mum surprised us all how quickly she settled in, this is due to the amazing team , their care and dedication is second to none, My Mum is so happy there and really enjoys the many different activities and entertainment they have on offer , The families are always welcome to participate.. I would highly recommend Brooklands's to anyone looking for a care home for their loved ones.

Mum has been in the centre from July after 3 years of living no life, the staff have brought her back, we cannot thank you enough family can visit anytime,take her out. Nothing is too much for the staff. Mum used to watch TV just sit in the chair now she's being motivated by the fabulous staff encouraging all the residents that every day can different filled with care. Thank you all

Would highly recommend Brooklands Care Home. Mum has been there 12 months now. My appreciation for all the amazing team continues to grow. Mum has a lovely room overlooking the garden with her own toilet. There are lots of activities daily with a wide variety to suit different needs but all fun, and celebrating the year such as VE Day etc. Mum really enjoys the food, she is eating well and her health has been much improved since being a resident. The home is outstanding, the biggest recommendation has to be the staff though. They are fabulous. From the management to carers to kitchen to the domestic team I can't praise them enough. They are professional, engaged in care, compassionate and go well beyond expectations. It is so reassuring to know mum is safe and cared for by professionals. They should be very proud of all they do.

The staff care is excellent - they prepare many entertainments throughout the month and keep the residents active, happy and comfortable. The food is brilliant and mum loves the cake selections! I can't thank them enough for the level of care - the manager has done a superb job.

My auntie has recently become a resident, I find the staff so nice and friendly, they always seem so welcoming and happy to work there and to be caring for your loved ones. There seems to be something going on each day to keep the residents occupied, it was a tough decision putting our auntie into a home but so far, we've all agreed we've made the right decision choosing here.

I had no experience of care homes until a few months ago when we placed my dad into a home. Our first experience with a different home wasn't good and then Brooklands Care Home came to the rescue! It's everything we had hoped for for our dad. The energy and atmosphere, it's light and bright, clean and airy. It's a fun place to be. The residents are entertained and engaged in many activities daily which is so important with dementia. The staff are friendly and welcoming and always interact with the residents. We feel relieved to have found a home where Dad is safe, well cared for and looked after. They all do a really great job there and we are so grateful. Five stars!

Friendly and supportive staff, providing excellent care. A full programme of entertainment and activities provides stimulation and a community spirit, bringing light relief and fun to the daily routine.

Excellent home, hardworking staff. The activities coordinator puts on amazing events whatever the special day is, she will organise an event to match. She includes all residents always. Very clean home, always highly recommend. Congratulations to management, you run a fab home.

Cannot fault anything here, cleanliness is excellent, staff are so helpful, friendly, and very approachable. Everything is well organised. The activities are excellent and so well organised and are fun for all residents. A lot of effort is put into everything they do and everybody gets involved. Recently had Olympics and Hawaiian Day, which were excellent.

My dad has been at Brooklands Care Home for over a year now. He seems comfortable and relaxed here. He has put on a lot of weight which proves he's enjoying the food.

This is such a beautiful home, always lots of entertainment for the residents which they absolutely love . Staff go above and beyond to help in situations. I'm so happy for my mum be there .
