My sister-in-law was very weak and very ill when she needed full-time nursing care. Eccleston Court was close, and after my initial inquiry, the manager called me directly to speak about her needs. The manager was very helpful indeed, and my sister-in-law was brought into nursing care within a couple of days. During her stay, the warmth and comfort provided by Eccleston Court staff were exemplary. I was with my sister-in-law on and off every day, and I can state from my personal experience that the level of care is was the very highest. (Please note that my rating for food and drink is based on casual observation of what was provided to other residents. I don't know from personal knowledge.)

All I can say is read all cqc reports and findings. The home is run with untrained staff, understaffed, this home is definitely a business and not a well maintained care home, this sadly reflects the staff and there training, and the capability to care for the residents properly

Dad arrived at Eccleston Court after four difficult months in and out of hospital and another care home. He arrived there for end-of-life care and we were touched by the kind and warm welcome we received from everyone. We were astonished at how well Dad was helped to settle in and flourish in a calm and peaceful environment for his last six weeks. Everyone we came into contact with was cheerful, caring and extraordinarily kind. Everyone was friendly and approachable. We found the management and nursing teams accessible, knowledgeable and a great support. We will never forget how much love and kindness we received during Dad's final hours and after his death and we will always be grateful.

The level of care, support, love and understanding my mum received at Eccleston Court was outstanding. All staff were amazing and not only helped my mum during her end-of-life care, they helped us and supported us as a family. We are all truly grateful for all that Eccleston Court did for my mum. Thank you.

We were very happy with the care and dignity mum was given at Eccleston Court. The staff showed care and respect, and most of all, our mum was safe and happy.

My brother has only been here a week but and already settled in nicely. The staff are all super friendly and approachable. The staff are high on health and safety, my bother spilt a drink, straight away staff were mopping the floor. Food is nutritious. Whole building is spotless I am over the moon that my brother is in a fantastic caring environment.

My mum come to Eccleston court, mum needs full nursing end of life care , the home welcomed us with open arms very friendly caring and brilliant bed side manor. Staff are very professional and reassuring that is all we needed to no mum was in safe hands. The Home is spotless and lovely rooms. Would recommend 100%

My dad was a resident at Eccleston Court, although only for a short period before he passed away, the care that he received was exceptional. The carers and management always gave priority to dad's comfort and requirements. To get to the rooms you must pass through the residence lounge, the other residents always looked happy, content and safe.

I cannot thank all of the staff at Eccleston Court for the care they have given my aunt over the last 12 months. They form a real family bond with the residents, and the medical attention they gave her was outstanding. She was treated with dignity and respect, and the family was always involved with, and informed of any decisions for her. Once again thank you for everything.

My mum was at Eccleston Court for approximately 18 months, during this time my she was given a high level of dignity and respect whilst she was being cared for. She was always washed as well as wearing clean nighties and clothes when I went to visit, even on days when I was not expected. From when you entered reception and right up to management, the staff made you feel very welcome. There was a real family feel to the home. Any concerns were dealt with quickly, but I didn't have many during the time my mum was a resident there. During my mum's last week, I couldn't have asked for any more support from the staff. They gave us privacy to spend time with her but regularly checked in on us both. Mum was thoroughly cared for during that time and I can't thank them enough for what they did for us both.

We were very welcomed on the first day and shown around the home. It is well-presented and kept very clean and tidy at all times which is a credit to all staff. Everyone, from reception to management, is very friendly, helpful and professional at all times. We feel my dad is being very well cared for and being supported with his additional needs.

The kindness, compassion and care given to my brother during his last few months was second to none. Thank you for making him comfortable and treating him with dignity and respect. In addition all the team at Eccleston Court extended those same attributes to all of his family during a very difficult time. Thank you once again.

From the moment we entered the building we were treated tremendously well. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. Pictures were put up in minutes, laundry, questions sorted, medical requirements discussed promptly and food choices superb. They wanted to know all about mum so they could help with all her needs. Absolutely first class in every detail!

My mum is very well looked after in Eccleston Court. She is happy and feels safe. She enjoys the food. The staff are always friendly, cheerful and caring even though they are very busy. Managers know what is happening with staff and residents and liaise well with relatives. There is generally a pleasant atmosphere in the home.

I was very nervous about our Queen becoming a resident at Ecclestone Court Care Home. However, the staff helped her to settle in quickly and she soon made friends with the other residents. It was so nice to see her happy and content. All the staff are just amazing they really do care about the residents. I love that they have daily activities which make life fun. The staff get to know the residents. The food is first class. It's more like a health spa with nursing care thrown in. These people are totally dedicated, they meet every aspect of your loved ones' needs from health to emotional. Hand on heart it's the best place an elderly person or dementia person could be. I had a loved one already a resident and I was that impressed I recommend this little bit of heaven to another family member. So I had two family members as residents. I can not put into words just how good these people are at their jobs, every single member of staff is approachable friendly and always ready to help. First class.

I was amazed at the care and respect they give their residents. Always willing to help, the care home is clean and secure giving you peace of mind. The activities they have on are a motivation for the residents and great fun. The meals they served look very well cooked and well prepared. Overall it's a fantastic care home

Our family would highly recommend Eccleston Court to anyone looking for a care home for a friend or relative. It's such a huge emotional journey you and your loved one need to take, and it's so reassuring to know every member of staff shows kindness, patience and professionalism
