Mum moved into Hollins Park in January. We have been so impressed by the level of care from all of the carers and nursing staff. They always have a smile and will do anything they can to make the residents feel at home. There are activities organised and the Musical moments is a favourite! Jasmine
the manager is always available and welcoming. My sister and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Hollins Park.

Unfortunately my mum passed away recently. I am going to miss my chats with Jasmin and Sandra, who are both lovely.
This nursing home is definitely 5 star plus.
The home itself is really homely and not clinical. My mum was looked after with great care, even up to her last breath. She was always
clean and tidy when I visited. They keep you informed of any health issues and incidents. The carers are all so friendly and offer you a drink as soon as you go in. I will miss my mum so much but I will also miss Hollins Park and the amazing team they are.

Our mother has been a resident at Hollins Park for nearly 2 months now. Her previous care home was unable to cope with her deteriorating dementia condition. She needed specialist nursing dementia care. We looked at several homes but weren't convinced that they would be able to cope. Fortunately, we
contacted Hollins Park and met with Jasmin the manager. We were impressed with Jas and the staff whom we met and fortunately a vacancy arose. After moving in, our mother's condition took a turn for the worse and she was extremely challenging for the home but Jas and her team went above and beyond to find solutions to continue to care for her safely. They have also helped us in applying for care funding. We really feel very fortunate that our mother is being cared for at Hollins Park. The atmosphere is calm. All the staff are patient and caring, Jasmin is particularly caring and conscientious and, as my sisters have said, is a real star.

Having a family member in care is something most of us don't want, but when it happens this is the place you want your loved ones to be. After a fall and a stay in hospital mum was offered a place at Hollins Park in Jan 2024. After meeting the team Tracey, Jaz, and Sandra in the office, the care
team on the floor, mum was looked after with the utmost care,respect and dignity. During regular visits mum always looked clean and well cared for by the happy and friendly staff no matter who was on duty, although she was fussy with her diet they would always cater/ find her something for her meals.
Mum has since passed away but I am glad she spent her final years being looked after and well cared for at Hollins Park.

My Mum moved to Hollins Park approx 2 years ago and the transformation in her was incredible. The staff were extremely supportive and attentive to her needs, and she went from being bed bound to being able to walk (with assistance) a few steps every day.
She loved her time there, and the smile on
her face gave us the reassurance that we had made the right choice to move her there.
Whilst all the staff were amazing, a huge shout out to Tracy and Jasmin (Managers) but the one I can't thank enough and will be forever indebted too is Sara. I live overseas and Sara would go out of her way to arrange video calls for me that worked with my time zone, she even came in on her day off so that she could help me take my Mum out when I was able to visit in person - she was amazing and my Mum loved her! Sadly my mum recently passed, and Sara was the one that gave her the hugs that I wasn't able too, and I will never forget that.
Can't recommend Hollins Park enough!

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to everyone at Hollins Park Care Home for the outstanding care my mother received during her time there.
From the very beginning, the staff showed genuine warmth, kindness, and professionalism. The carers were truly wonderful - always patient,
attentive, and compassionate. They treated my mother with dignity and respect, taking the time to understand her needs and preferences, and ensuring she felt comfortable and valued every single day.
The standard of care was excellent throughout. Communication with our family was clear and reassuring, and it was evident that the team worked tirelessly to provide not only physical care but also emotional support. It brought us great comfort knowing she was in such capable and caring hands.
I cannot thank the team enough for their dedication and kindness. I would highly recommend Hollins Park Care Home to anyone looking for a safe, supportive, and genuinely caring environment for their loved one.

My mum was a resident at Hollins Park for 2 and a half years. She had lived in 2 care homes previously but had to move as her dementia progressed. From the moment Sandra showed us around we felt welcome. Mum was always treated with respect and dignity, and the staff knew how best to handle her if
she became angry or distressed. I had complete confidence in Jasmine and all of the staff, and I was always kept well informed of any changes of medication or changes in Mum's condition.The nurses are wonderful and I have no hesitation in recommending this care home.

Exceptional care from carers, nursing staff and management carried out with compassion, patience, in a friendly manner. They are always 'a step ahead of me' with my husbands needs. This takes a tremendous weight of worry off my shoulders knowing that my husband is so well looked after and treated
with dignity at all times.

Very pleased he is in this home.I wouldn't wish hiII m to be anywhere else.
All the family are made to feel at home and offered a drink.I visit daily and am always made to feel welcome at all times day or night. I am not made to feel in the way if I stay overnight when he is ill.
The nurses are
also available to speak to if reassurance is required as is the manager and deputy.
The change of management has been seamless. Jas caring personality and previous experience is an asset in her new roll.

Jasmine, Rob and their great team at Hollins Park are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Jasmine or Rob are on hand to discuss any concerns or to have a chat. My husband is well cared for and treated with kindness and respect as an individual. Staff are on hand to help with any queries and actively
seek to make life as comfortable as they can for him. Thank you.

The Manager Jasmine runs a superbly led team of staff and carers.
My Mum receives wonderful care and is very content, which is so very important.

My husband has been in this care home for 8 months and he's been really well cared for. He has Dementia and Cancer and all the staff are lovely and caring. There's a wonderful atmosphere, plenty of really good activities and the Management staff Jasmine & Rob are more than doing a good job. Their
door is always open for you to discuss anything you might be worried about. I can't say enough good things about it. They say treat it like your home and we do so a big thank you to you all

I have been a relative for many months, things have changed after the previous manager left. She was on top of things and standards have slipped. I'm sure they will improve again but I what the best for my loved one.
Staff are busy but always helpful, the language barrier can affect my husband at
times but the staff do work hard.
I do feel that it isn't the same home, the family feel has gone but it is early days with the new manger, I just hope for me and my husband it improves

Excellent home. Really kind and supportive. Good at handling complex dementia cases. They have been fantastic at coping with my father's more difficult days. Very good at involving the family. You always feel very welcome.

Mums been at the Hollins Park a few years now and weve always found mum to be happy and verycontent. She settled in well and her care has been fantastic.
Theres plenty going on and we're well informed as to mums care.

Hollins park is truly amazing, the staff are so helpful and caring, I feel happy knowing that my mum is so looked after, the care home is an amazing place, very clean and tidy, their is also lots of activity's for the residents to take part of.

This care home has a genuine warmth and amazing staff at every level.
I can see that Mum is receiving exceptional nursing care and I believe this has helped her to get the most that she can out of life, despite the challenges of her condition.
Just as importantly, I can see that she is being
treated as the unique person that she is and, that she is valued and respected by her nurses and carers.
As a relative I have felt supported at every stage of Mum's journey and have really valued the transparency and expertise of the team as I have had to navigate areas that are new to me (from health decisions to funding) and nothing has been too much trouble for any of them.
My family and I have felt welcome every time we have walked through the door and my young child in particular, looks forward to seeing 'her friends' (the carers) as well as Nana, when she visits.
Although of course we wish Mum didn't need a care home at all, we count ourselves extremely lucky to have found this one.

My husband moved into Hollins Park in April 2024 after 3 months in hospital. He has settled in brilliantly. The care and attention he is receiving shows how at home he feels. The transition in his personality and general wellbeing has been amazing. This has definitely been down to the management
and staff and that includes EVERYONE.
I spend a lot of time at the home and I see how ALL the staff interact with the residents. There is a genuine feel of care and love and nothing is too much trouble.
The home has a very homely relaxed family aura about it.
All the staff are very approachable and are happy to answer any queries or problems.
Best decision I have ever made!!!

Very happy with the care my dad receives. Nothing too much trouble. Very helpful staff. I live a distance away but I know that my dad will be in capable hands. I couldn't ask for a better home or better care.
