We have found Cranfield Grange to be of an exceptional standard in terms of care and surroundings. Mum flourished under your care, and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. All communication I had with staff over the phone and in person was dealt with promptly and sensitively.
Mum's stay was for
respite whilst her husband was recuperating, and I wouldn't hesitate to consider it if care was to be needed in the future. Everyone, staff and residents were cheerful and friendly. Thank you so much for putting our minds at rest at this difficult time.

My parents moved into Cranford Grange in December last year. Mum has Alzheimer's and although Dad can live independently he needs a bit of help day to day. From the day they moved into their companion suite the care and kindness they have received has been second to none. Nothing is too much
trouble and Mum and Dad are treated with such respect and dignity. The team genuinely care about all of the residents.
Cranford Grange is beautifully appointed and every member of staff cares about their surroundings. Mum and Dad are encouraged to join in with the many activities offered, but are allowed to be on their own if that is what they want. I can't thank all of the team enough, just to know that they are safe and well cared for is such a relief for me.

My parents recently came into stay at Cranford Grange. We picked the home due to being very impressed by it following visits prior to them moving in , and our good opinion of the home has only increased in past few weeks since they have been there. Staff, communication and facilities have all
been excellent, my parents compare it to a 5 star hotel , it is so reassuring to know that wonderful care homes like this exist and we are very thankful for all they have done for my parents

Our mum was diagnosed with terminal cancer last summer and chose the safety of a care home rather than returning home. We were understandably nervous, but after researching carefully, Cranford Grange stood out.
It is as beautiful as the brochure suggests - more like a five-star hotel - but what
truly impressed us was the warmth of the staff and the comfort of the residents. Mum's eyes lit up when she saw it.
She was welcomed with kindness from day one. Staff were consistently cheerful and attentive, bringing meals to her room and even preparing food she "fancied" as her appetite declined. She could still watch her beloved tennis and golf, which meant a great deal.
At Christmas the home felt magical, and throughout her stay she was treated with dignity and compassion. Mum passed peacefully last week, and we are deeply grateful for the care and support shown to her and to us.

My mum moved into Cranford Grange for terminal nursing care. She had insisted throughout her diagnosis that she wanted to end her days at home. However, she made the decision to move, immediately feeling at "home" in her new surroundings and very comfortable in every way, from her room, her bed, the
way all staff treated her, she felt loved and so very lucky to be in such a setting. She realised that she would never have been able to have that at home and the burden would have been on her husband and children.
It didn't stop at Mum, as family we were fed in every way with food, kindness, and even hugs!
The teamwork and professionalism we witnessed were second to none, from everyone. My dad was asked what the staff were like and he said you can't call them staff they are friends!
The atmosphere in the building is one of peace and happiness and we cannot thank everyone who cared for mum enough for the amazing end to an amazing life you enabled

We cannot speak highly enough of the care provided at this home. From the very beginning, staff have shown exceptional kindness, professionalism and genuine compassion. Care is delivered with dignity and respect, and it's clear that residents are truly known as individuals rather than just being
part of a routine.
Communication with families has been excellent, giving us reassurance and confidence that our loved one is safe, comfortable and well cared for. The environment is welcoming, clean and calm, and there is a real sense of warmth throughout the home.
The dedication of the staff makes an enormous difference, and we are extremely grateful for the consistently high standard of care. We would wholeheartedly recommend this care home to anyone seeking outstanding, person-centred care.

Lovely airy decoration in communal areas. More like a hotel than a care home. Staff are long serving and really caring and helpful. Food was great - just have to be wary that you may not want to stop tasting all the different things on offer!

Top marks in every category for Cranford Grange. It's so difficult when a parent has to go into residential dementia care, but every aspect has been incredibly well done by the magnificent management and staff.
It is a great comfort to see Mum being so well looked after

I had to make the very difficult decision where to place my husband for end of life care .
He was in hospital for 6 weeks after discovering he had a brain tumour and then moved to Cranford Grange . The care and kindness he received at Cranford Grange was beyond expectation. He was treated with
respect by all staff . They went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and cared for . They also supported us through the last days of his life . For which we were very grateful.
The home is run professionally and all the residents seem very content .
I would highly recommend Cranford Grange .

Making the decision to move your loved one from their own home to a Care home is one of the toughest decisions I've ever had to make but from the first call with the manager at Cranford Grange my mind was put at ease and I was reassured I was dealing with someone who actually cared and was
interested. One of my main concerns was how hard or difficult it would be but again from a quick chat the whole process was explained in full detail and the feeling of a weight being lifted was immediate.
When my Aunt arrived at the home we were both greeted and shown to her room, we were allowed to settle in and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff.
A week later my Aunt is really happy, she's a different lady she tells me all about her day, her meals and walks me round showing me the beautiful floral displays, I attended today and she was sat in the coffee lounge having a Latte and looked so happy,
It will always be a tough decision but the manager and her team make that transition so much easier.

My father's dementia over Christmas became more acute and we realised he was unsafe at home. One member of staff and the fantastic team worked quickly to accommodate him for 4 weeks while the family began planning.
The care he received was excellent and after a week he quickly settled in. The
staff were always friendly, professional and helpful. Dad very quickly became stable again thanks to their care.
As a nurse myself it was lovely to observe how gentle, kind and patient the staff were with the residents even during challenging moments. There was always plenty of staff around.
We were able to bring dad home with family care and support but should the situation change i would have no hesitation in contacting the staff member and Cranford Grange again.
I would definitely recommend this home to anyone. Thank you to all the team.

My father made the decision to become a permanent resident at Cranford Grange, having successfully lived independently for some time. This was a huge change for him but it has all gone really smoothly, thanks to the dedicated and caring staff. From the moment we made the decision to the time of
moving in, we felt supported and valued.
He is really enjoying the sociable meal times and the many and varied activities.
Staff from all departments take an interest in his welfare and ensure that he is well looked after.
Even before the refurbishment was completed, Cranford Grange offered superb facilities. Now it is absolutely wonderful. I have found that there are opportunities for the residents to share their opinions and suggest activities that they would like. We feel very welcome when we visit too.
The team at Cranford clearly do care for the residents and I highly recommend it to anyone considering a care home.
