View Full Details of Weston Park Care HomeI recently visited an old school friend at Weston Park. It was my first visit and the staff were very friendly and helpful, showing me to my friend's room. A nurse was in the room giving my friend a drink and was so gentle and kind. I found the home to be bright and clean. I was very impressed by all I saw, and the patients are obviously cared for well.
We have tried a few different homes for my dad and this one is by far the best fit. He is relaxed and happy and well fed. The carers here really do care and its lovely to see how they relate to him and keep him safe and secure. All the staff here are so welcoming and friendly and its is always a joy to visit.
Since the first day my mother has been receiving care at Weston Park she has been relaxed and happy. She looks and is healthier than she has been in a long time. All the staff do an amazing job of coming for mum and all the residents. The home is incredibly clean and mum is enjoying the variety of food from which she can choose from daily. We have absolutely no concerns and we highly recommend Weston Park for caring for loved ones.
An excellent experience 2nd time. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Excellent staff so care to all in here. Activities are very good and needed and enjoyable. I really befitted from my stay and found it most enjoyable and my health improving and lifted moral of all. Thank you all.
Almost every time I visit my father in law, I notice that he has fewer and fewer clothes in the wardrobe and drawers, despite me buying him a range of lovely clothes to wear in the day and dressing gown and shoes. His walking stick frequently goes missing. I decided that it wouldn't be worth getting him new glasses as they would go missing too. Sometimes he looks unkempt - this is sad as he used to pride himself on looking smart. His remote control for the telly is never in his drawer. Despite him loving music and having a player in his room, I'm not sure he ever gets to listen to it. His CDs have going missing too. His new pillow has also disappeared. When I ask where his things are I'm told it's often the other residents. I sent an email to express my concerns but received no reply. I do, however, think he is liked and treated well. He benefits from the company of other residents.
I fell in love with Weston Park Nursing Home as soon as I walked through the front door, into the reception area, which was light and colourful with flowers dotted around. All the staff are fab, doing their work with smiles on their faces; nothing is too much work for them. The management are always willing to help even with nightmare forms. An excellent place to live the rest of your life. Thank you, all of you.
All the receptiom staff are polite, friendly and very helpful. The carers and nurses do a great job showing kindness and respect to the residents even in very challenging situations. My husband can be difficult and resist personal care but the staff on the whole will keep trying different things to coax him so that he is clean and tidy. The food is an excellent choice and everybody works well together for the benefit of the residents.
Very positive. Dad is happy, healthy and safe. All the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you.
Carers amazing... that's what really makes the difference. Otherwise, there are better looking and smelling places around where the flow of communication is much easier between staff, residents and families. They are large, offer Cheshire East minimum carers to resident numbers so are restricted in what they can do. If self-funding suggest look around first.
The care given by all staff to the residents and families is amazing. They all care so much and go to any length to keep everyone safe and happy. My husband's birthday was celebrated with a fabulous tea party for our family and every staff member came to wish the birthday boy 'a happy birthday'! Weston Park is a very happy and welcoming home. Thank you.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Until recently our friend's room wasn't as clean as it should have been, which we had to mention to the management, and some of the furniture wasn't fit for purpose, and now it's been replaced and much improved. Financial/accounts staff very friendly and helpful in explaining things simply.
Staff very friendly and hellpful, lovely place, and lots of activities on a regular basis. Staff quick to react and resolve any concerns.
I visited to see my uncle today, was welcomed by reception, the home manager and another staff member. Having visited previously I knew how friendly professional and caring the staff were and today was no different. If you're looking for a specialist care home for your loved ones, I'd strongly recommend you visiting Weston Park.
Warm and friendly staff. Well-presented care home. Warm and clean. Lots going on to involve the residents. Great receptionist.
My dad is always happy when we call in, always clean, room is nice and clean too. Weston Park has improved so much in the last few months, seems lots of activities going on.
Mum loves staying here, the carers and staff are lovely and offer the greatest care to their residents. The home itself is very clean and welcoming as are all the carers and staff rooms are nice and well maintained along with the facilities. Meals are catered for, special dietary requirements if needed and mun says the food is lovely. Overall I think my mum is in the best place for the care she needs.
My mum is very well looked after and cared for. Excellent food and drinks and nice well-appointed rooms. My mum is very happy.
The security is excessive, having to use 5 codes to reach my brother's room! However, his room is clean if not a little clinical. His meals that I witnessed looked of good quality. The staff I have encountered appear kind and friendly and the care my brother receives is on the whole excellent.
I cannot praise the home and staff enough for looking after my mum, especially the activities lady on weaver, my mother thinks she is great. The home is clean and tidy. Keep up the good work.
I really cannot praise the home enough for looking after my mum. All the staff are brilliant, could I just say I was especially impressed with similarly, one of the carers, she is so patient with Mum tonight especially so caring and attentive.
