December was so fun-filled, every day something different. Staff went above and beyond. Home looked very festive. Nothing too much trouble for staff. Home always clean and well looked after.

The staff make this an excellent care home. They treat each resident as an individual by listening, observing and responding with sensitivity to each situation. As a visitor, I am always made welcome. Any hiccups in the care of mum are dealt with, and details shared with me. Regular and varied
activities are arranged, and this creates a lovely atmosphere within the home and very much helps with bonding. My mum is able to have her hair done regularly, and her feet tended to by a chiropodist. She has also had her nails painted pink for the first time in 93 years. Mum enjoys her food and is amazed by the variety of meals she is served. After two months, my mum quite happily calls this her home.

Chapel View, pleasant surroundings, very helpful and friendly staff, very accommodating staff. Lots of interaction between staff and residents.
Staff very helpful and informative when enquiring about relatives' wellbeing over phone.

Mum came in for respite, she was made so welcome and her room was lovely, clean and welcoming. Could not fault anything. Food was really good, entertainment was something mum looked forward to. Staff were helpful and attentive to all residents. Would definitely use again if mum needed respite.

I cannot fault any of the staff and facilities within Chapel View. Since mum has been in the home all pressure of caring has been lifted from me and my family.

Chapel View Care Home is a lovely care home. My mum has been there a couple of years now, mum seems to have settled in very well. Excellent staff and management. The cleanliness is very good. The meals are very appetising. Activities very good and interesting always something going on in the home.
Can not thank Chapel View Care Home enough for looking after my mother.

The care my mother receives is out of this world; she is very cared for, and the staff are amazing, always wanting to help. Home manager is always about and very helpful when needed.

Both my mum and aunty are residents here. Chapel View is amazing, the facilities, the entertainment is out of this world. Even to taking the residents to the local village hall every Friday for singing, dancing, bingo. All the staff are wonderful angels to everyone.

My mum has settled so well at Chapel View. She calls it her big house with her cosy flat. I honestly thought I was going to lose her stuck at home by herself, I feel that I've got another chance of seeing my happy mum.

My mum has only been in Chapel View for a couple of months & is still adjusting. My sister found this home more by luck than judgement & mum needing round the clock care happened quite quickly. I can honestly say that we & mum couldn't have been luckier. Each & every member of staff goes above and
beyond to make sure that every resident is cared for & treated with the respect & dignity that they deserve. Not only do they look after the residents , they care for them entertain them & try and make each & everyone of the comfortable & happy. I would recommend this home to anyone. Plus I thank them for making mums transition easier for her & lighter for us x

Everytime I have visited my friend there is always a happy homely atmosphere. Staff sing and dance with residents, interacting with them all, always offered a hot drink nothing is too much trouble for any member of staff.

My nana has been in Chapel View for a couple of years now. Excellent staff and management. The new decor is amazing. Could not ask for a better place for my nanna to live. She is looked after and feels happy and safe in Chapel View.

An excellent care home. Staff go above and beyond to ensure residents are well cared for and supported.
The refurbishments are very good and a welcome update to the care home.

From the first day Nan arrived, the staff have made us all feel welcomed and part of a big family. Every time I visit, all the staff and residents are smiling and happy. Every day there is something to entertain the residents. A real homely feel with excellent staff. As a family, we were very
apprehensive regarding Nan moving into care, all staff have made us feel really assured that Nan is enjoying her days and being well cared for. A huge thank you from us all.

My Aunt settled well into Chapel View.
All carers do a great job looking after residents and work well as a team.
Carers will go the extra mile if residents need anything brought in when family can't get there.
Also, everything is explained when they have medical problems.

The care my Mother gets is unreal.
The staff are amazing.
The manager is always about explaining about the new deco and furniture.
They are all truly amazing.
