Staff welcoming and friendly, grandad always eating and like his room. Says he likes staff and food. Like reception area. Lots of activities. Feel welcomed and can tell my grandad is well looked after

Manor view is a lovely home the staff do their best to meet everyone's needs. They are friendly and kind to all residents and families. We visit most days so I believe my review reflects the home as it actually is. Of course they are not perfect and sometimes residents might have to wait a little
but that's to be expected. What is important to me is that my family member is happy and cared for with dignity and this home meets that requirement for all it's residents. I can't praise them enough.

The care home is dated, but saying that, it is very clean and well decorated. The staff are very good at what they do, but they don't always have the time to spend enough time with their clients. Whether this is because they are short-staffed, I do not know. Sometimes there can be delays when my mum
requests the toilet. Food is of a satisfactory standard. All the staff are pleasant and helpful, but not always easy to understand because of the language.

My friend has only been at this care home for a short while but in the time that he's been here he has been really well cared for he seems happy and content the staff are extremely supportive and caring

Mum spent a relatively short time at Church View but I am compelled to say a huge thank you from my family and me for the warm and friendly reception we all received and the great support and care provided to Mum. All the staff are fabulous. Thank you.

My dad was a resident there until he passed away. The staff were amazing. They always treated my dad with the utmost respect. Nothing was too much trouble for them. As my dad's illness progressed, so did the level of care. I don’t know what I would have done without the staff. Thank you.

The care provided by this care home is extremely good and all of the staff at this home provide top-quality care to my mother for the last seven years while she has been at this home.

Insufficient staff to meet the needs of residents. Staff following routines and unable to anticipate the changing situation.

Mum was moved here in December 2019. She has settled very well and picked up quite a bit. The meals are varied and well presented (always food and drink on offer). Staff are gentle and caring to residents. I noticed one day somebody had manicured and polished Mum's nails, the little things matter!

The staff are professional, polite and friendly. The cleanliness is amazing. I cannot fault the staff or any aspect of the home at all.

My father has been a resident for a short period of time and it has been our first experience of a care home from a personal point of view. We, as a family, have been very satisfied with Dad's care. The staff all seem friendly and professional. I can't comment on value for money as Dad is under
assessment.

I visit my husband most days. The staff are all very caring and friendly. Very satisfied with his care. A clean and well-organised home. Food is very good. Its a comfort to myself and our family knowing he is being looked after so well.

It's a clean and friendly environment. Rooms are large and spacious. Carers and staff are friendly and helpful. Management seems to have a good understanding about the care for the elderly.

My husband has been in manor view for 11 months now, the staff are excellent, caring and nothing is too much trouble the atmosphere is homely and the cleanliness second to none it’s a great comfort to myself and my family to know he is well looked after and happy.
