I was most concerned, upset and doubtful about putting my 96 year old mother into a care home. With past experiences with other relatives, I was not confident that she would receive good care. After just the three months she has been in Feildhead Park, I am confident I have chosen well. I am at ease
in my mind that she is getting good care in a clean and safe home.

Overall, a good and caring team of staff.
Daytime staff exceptional, night-time staff a little sparse. My parent seems to be waiting too long for attention (not always).

My husband was cared for by the wonderful team at Fieldhead Park for 3 weeks before his death.
All staff involved in his care were 'superheroes'. The family were care for also. Compassion was shown to all family, including our fabulous dog.
I would not hesitate to recommend this home.

Met the Manager and secretary in the office. Very helpful and accommodating at short notice. Only nursing home contacted prepared to help! The staff are friendly and caring. She came in for one day on Monday, 3rd February 2025. Manager is amazing, very caring and wanted to help. Cousin very well
looked after, very grateful for everyone's help.

Mum has been at Fieldhead Park for 6 weeks we have found the care given to her very good. All the staff are lovely. Mum is very happy here.

The staff are very nice, the only negative I have is that we have been told to use the side door (delivery entrance) but when press the bell and nobody comes and answers, you can be stood there for at least 20 minutes waiting for somebody to answer and it's the same for the main entrance nobody
answers for ages after pressing the bell.

My mother-in-law has settled in well. She seems so much more happy here. She always says how lovely all the staff are and how friendly. She is taken out on visits and has done so much. She enjoys the friendliness of the staff and in return is happy and cared for. I do believe she is actually living
her best life now, laughing and getting out and being with new friends. So thank you for looking after her at a vulnerable and lonely scary time of her life. It has made us happy to see her loving life again at 83.

Fieldhead Park care home has been fantastic in caring for my nan since October 2022. She was discharged from hospital and as a family, we thought this would be for end-of-life care. Huge thank you to the wonderful staff at Fieldhead Park for their time, care and support both to Nana and us as her
family. We wouldn't wish for her to go anywhere else. My grandad was always satisfied and knew his wife was always in safe hands.

My partner only stayed a couple of days but she was very happy with everything and enjoyed her stay. Thank you.

Couldn't do enough to solve our problem of moving my aunt from hospital to end-of-life care. Everything was in place within 2 days, and she was looked after brilliantly for the short time she was there.

Field Park offered my dad a week's respite (with the opportunity to stay permanently) after his health deteriorated and he couldn't manage on his own. It was outstanding how quickly and efficiently the staff sorted things out for my dad. Due to commitment, care and the respect all of the staff
showed my dad he has chosen to stay at the home. He loves the home-from-home feeling, the variety of activities provided, the spacious and clean room, and the fact someone is on hand 14/7 to help him when he needs it. I would highly recommend Fieldhead Park to anyone!

My mother is a resident in the dementia wing which can be challenging for staff and residents, so in the circumstances I believe residents are treated with kindness and dignity. There is quite a turnover of agency staff and some appear to work harder and be more dedicated than others. Overall, I am
very happy that I chose a suitable home for my mother. I have noticed on rare occasions resident lounge has been left unattended by staff longer than I think should be.

I am very satisfied with all that is being done to care for my husband. I find the staff very kind and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble if you need anything.

Overall, the home is well-run. The staff are very friendly and caring with residents. There seems to be a constant turnover of staff (nurses) and whilst this is understandable given the poor level of funding from the government, it is not ideal for residents.
