View Full Details of Lindley Grange Care HomeSince our dad has been a resident here we have been so overwhelmed by the care and love he has received. They have gone above and beyond to make sure dad settled in to his new home. There isn't a day goes by when there is some kind of entertainment or activity available if dad wants to participate. They have taken dad on many trips and this has enriched his life so much. A special shout out has to go to to a specific member of staff who organises all the activities. The thought that goes into everything from meals to personal care and nursing is outstanding! All the staff are friendly, approachable and will always listen to any concerns we've had. Overall we are so happy that dad has found his forever home.
Mum has been a resident for nearly 8 months now and she's been made to feel part of the Lindley Grange family right from the start. As expected she was feeling overwhelmed and apprehensive with such a big change in lifestyle (as were me & my hubby), but management & staff alike pulled together to reassure her (& us) that all was going to be fine and she'd soon settle in, which she has. Staff are great with mum, always lots of smiles & kisses for her. Lovely patient nursing staff always on hand to answer any questions. Nice & clean, laundry done daily & hung back in wardrobe, regular baths/hairwash. Lovely home cooked meals n lush desserts. Mum joins in with a wide variety of fun & interesting daily activities. Singer's, panto, choirs, nursery children, therapy dog, small animals/creature's come in to entertain the residents. Day trips in the shared minibus (mum's going in it to 'The Deep' next week) all organised by a fantastic activity coordinator/team who I can't praise high enough.
I was initially apprehensive and filled with doubt about the decision to move my dad into a care home, it's not something you take lightly. But Lindley Grange made the process much easier than I ever expected. The staff were excellent at settling my dad in, and the level of care and attention he's received since has been outstanding. He's genuinely thrived at the home. The team are always on hand to provide the support he needs, and it's clear they really care about the residents. I'm very grateful for the peace of mind they've given us.
Our experience at Lindley Grange care home has, so far, been extremely positive. The staff are highly experienced and professional, and very friendly and welcoming. The residents are well cared for and there is always a member of staff available to answer any queries or concerns. The food is excellent with lots of variety. The same applies to all the activities available for the residents to enjoy. The cleanliness of the home is very impressive, there is always a fresh clean smell. All in all, we are more than happy with the care my sister receives and have no complaints whatsoever.
Our sincere thanks for the authentic kindness and generosity of care Lindley Grange provided for our Dad, husband and Granddad. Such genuine kindness, understanding and compassion, and a strong willingness to do what's best for our Dad has meant that we were always confident that he was being given the best care, even in a heartbreaking situation. Staff that always smile, always ask about families welfare. A constant respect for individuality and personal needs, always respectful and incredibly kind.

Lindley grange is Such a lovely care home, all staff are very friendly and helpful. The activities that I have seen in the home are outstanding. There is such a warm and welcoming feeling when walking in.
Afternoon visit, the residents loved the band who were playing. Some of the residents were singing and dancing with staff. Lovely atmosphere, very friendly.
Mum was moved to Lindley Grange a couple of years ago, and the care and love she's been shown since she arrived by all the staff is amazing. The activities she receives are top notch and she thoroughly enjoys them. She's always happy, smiling and singing!
Since moving to Lindley Grange Mum has looked happier than she has for a long time. She has settled in very quickly and has a good rapport with the staff. She's well looked after and occupied every day with all the wonderful activities on offer to her. I don't feel I need to worry about her at all now.
My Mother has been at Lindley Grange Care Home since the middle of last year, and the care she has received has been fantastic, she is in a much better physically and mentally than when she arrived. There is a great team of staff who genuinely appear to want to do their best for the residents. There is a huge range of well-thought-out activities laid on with something different most days. The menu is varied, and staff always ensure that there is something that mum will eat - not an easy task. Whenever I visit, the whole place is spotless everything is well organised, and dogs are welcome. It really is better than I ever imagined a care home could be.
I like that the staff are all very friendly and enjoy the dinner (when I'm hungry). Love to join in with the daily activities and visit the little ones at the local nursery. I like it when the singing people visit, and I can sing along with them.
My husband has only been at Lindley Grange for 3 weeks. Having Alzheimer's for 2 years but recently having suffered a stroke needing a long hospital stay, his needs have increased greatly. I was anxious but without cause as all the staff are patient and kind and get to know each individual resident. They are there for our whole family and welcome us with a smile and a drink as soon as we visit. My husband's nursing needs and nutrition issues have been met with care and attention and they have gone the extra mile to help in every way. His clothes are changed regularly and the laundry service is excellent.
The care that my father has received since moving to live at Lindley Grange has been of the highest standard. The staff are all friendly and helpful and genuinely care for the wellbeing not only for the residents, but for the families of the residents as well. All our concerns and questions have been addressed above and beyond expectation and I am very happy that Dad is living in such a caring environment where his complex needs are understood and treated in such a supportive and positive way.
My late mother was a resident of Lindley Grange. The care and compassion the staff gave her was second to none. The activities organiser was brilliant, always gave the residents lots of things to do. A fabulous place.
From the first initial meeting with the manager for the assessment of Mum the care has been amazing. Mum initially didn't want to go in a home but Lindley Grange has changed her mind. She loves it, she is well looked after, clean and smart. They treat her with respect and dignity. My mum has a wicked sense of humour and she is always laughing and joking with the staff. The communication between the home and family is great we are kept informed.
I love living here. I didn't think I would like to live in a home but it is fantastic. Staff are amazing and very caring. The food is freshly made and lovely.

We've been here for 18 months and the standard has been very good throughout. There have been staff changes but this has not reduced the quality of the care at all.
Very good. Only downside can be a bit noisy.
