Christmas day was absolutely first rate. There were 4 of us to visit here & we were made so welcome & looked after all the time were were here. The dinner was fab, very tasty & hot & the whole atmosphere was very Christmasy. It is the first time my son & his partner had visited & they commented how
clan the rooms were & how caring all the staff were towards Beatrice & to us. We had a lovely Xmas day. Thank to every body for making our day special.

I found my stay very good and the carers and the activity ladies are brilliant. The food is excellent and I like the residents.

All staff are brill. Some food is alright with some nice meals at times. They come every time when I press my call bell, and Simon mends everything.

Mum has been treated kindly, fairly and professionally since she arrived at Clevelan House. The staff go above and beyond to make sure Mum is happy and comfortable.
The food is great, and we couldn't ask for better.
Ian, in particular, has been a caring member of staff recently.

Barbara is being well looked after by a very good team, who all seem to get on well with her. All her needs are met with care and professionalism by all.

Cleveland House is so friendly, welcoming, comforting to know my elderly relative is safe and cared for. Meets individual needs. Just feels expensive when self funding, has to pay extra for an escort to hospital when already paying a lot of money. Food freshly made, looks really good nutritional
food. Reassuring that is Godmother is putting weight on. The home is very clean and never smells!

The care me and my family received today was over and beyond. Every member of management and all the staff have made what would have been a difficult day a whole world easier. This is not just todays visit but everytime I visit everyone is so polite & caring. I am 100% sure I made the right choice
of care home for my mum.

I have come to Cleveland House Care Home a few times to visit my friend whom resides here. Each and everytime I visit, staff and residents are lovely. The management and office team are very helpful and have a real passion towards the care of residents and each other. I believe that Cleveland House
should receive some sort of recognition for their efforts. The facilities, cleanliness, care/support here is exceptional.

My mum was in hospital the first three weeks of August, am overwhelmed at the constant enquiries made by both Claire's along with all the members of staff at Cleveland House. When mum returned to the home a meeting was arranged to discuss the way forward to help mum settle back in. My brothers and I
cannot fault the level of care given to our mum and would like to thank the managers and all the staff. We have recommended the home to our friends and will continue to do so. With thanks.

The staff have been so good with my mum and dad. They moved them so they could be in the same room, which was so accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are a very good team and want to settle well.

The staff here are dedicated, passionate and caring. The needs for my mother and father-in-law were dealt with instantly. Nothing is too much for the wonderful staff. We owe them a debt of gratitude. Thank you so much.
