We knew we wanted our mother to stay here as soon as we visited. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our mother has needed medical attention which was immediate. All staff are caring and more than competent and go the extra mile. Her room is beautiful as is the rest of the building. We have
all been made welcome.

Always keep us informed on Mams health, always clean & tidy, care is 100x better than a hospital. Plenty of Activities and nice amenities. Lovely staff.

While Trev has been here the staff have been excellent, looked after Trev and we couldn't ask for a better place for him so thank you so much.

Absolutely amazing place, wonderful staff and setting. My father was only here for 3 weeks until he passed but the staff were like a second family to him. I'm so grateful that he got to spend his last days in a warm comfortable place with people who genuinely care. I only wish he could have been
there longer.

Mam recently moved to Bryony Lodge. We find she is well cared for and all the staff are very proffessional in their work she is well looked after and she likes all the staff they are very kind, understanding and proffessional with her

In the main Mams stay here has been excellent save for a few little niggles that have been resolved quickly. Staff are lovely & friendly and deal with difficult situations with fortitude. Management have been very forgiving when I have forgotten to pay Mams fees - thank you!
We looked at many other
care homes before placing Mam here and this was by far the best we saw. Glad she's here!

Mother in law came into Bryony 6 months ago. She was made welcome. Encouraged to join in various activities. Staff are aware of her deep religious faith and do what they can to encourage/support her. We are kept informed of any falls etc. Staff always have time to talk/answer questions. Family are
satisfied that she is in a safe/clean/caring environment and are grateful for care given/received.

I am very happy with the care and attention my mum receives. I cannot fault the caring staff who are always on hand if and when needed. The staff have a very friendly and caring nature.

My mam has been here for 5 years and she is very happy. The place is a relaxing home and the staff are so approachable. Their care for my mam is second to none, especially the last 6 weeks as my mam has been poorly. There are always activities and coffee mornings, which we are always welcome to go
to.

Very welcoming home, wonderful staff and informative re. activities, church groups, one-to-one well-being, tea and coffee mornings and one-to-one care, e.g. well-being chats.
Lots of opportunities to have sensory engagement as corridors have lots of, presently, festive arrangements.
Unfortunately,
I am unable to comment on all the ratings as I am only able to visit weekly, representing the church to administer Holy Communion to my friend as I have done during her home life prior to entry to the home.

I am very happy with the care of my brother. He is very well looked after and is happy and contented. The staff are all lovely and also professional. The home is clean, warm and homely.

My husband has been in Bryony Lodge Nursing Home for nearly three years and during that time, he has been very well cared for and treated with the utmost dignity. I could not have asked for better care for him. His personal care is first rate and he always looks tidy and smart. His nutritional needs
are also being met.

My father-in-law came to live in Bryony Lodge Nursing Home in May 2023. I have visited him on a regular basis. I have been very impressed with the standard of care he receives.
I wish to thank the staff for their excellent care and support. That is why I have rated excellent in all of the ratings.

Bryony Lodge Nursing Home is an excellent care home. Staff are friendly and caring. Our friend is well cared for, even though life for her is not easy. The staff cope with the pressures of caring for residents always with a smile!
