Mary has settled well and is clean and cared for. She is enjoying the meals and chats with staff regularly. She has been encouraged to join other residents in the lounge areas and takes part in home activities where she can.

We have been so lucky to have found this home for my 93 yr old mum. The staff & set up is excellent. They couldn't do any more for my mum. It's like home from home in fact better. I am proud to say that I am a dedicated qualified registered manager I have completed QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management. And I am fortunate to be in a position to lead such a wonderful group of staff I have worked in healthcare since I was 19 and started out as a healthcare assistant within a care home providing complex nursing care for residents, as well as rehabilitation and palliative care. I also managed a Home Care business where I provided help and support into the community.
I love my role at Bryony Lodge and take great pride in supporting the team. The nurses and the staff are a dedicated and well-established group, and are all very proactive. I live local to the care home so I have good knowledge of the area.
Our staff are what holds the home together. Each one of these team members are dedicated to providing high quality care and services to those we support, and ensuring the residents enjoy all aspects of life at our home.v
