My Mum continues to be well cared for at Ashley Lodge and I am impressed with the overall quality and care given to her. My Mum has appreciated the cheerfulness and attentiveness given to her. The room is bright and clean and she appreciates the double aspect. The whole team and the environment give a real family feel and this is a massive comfort to myself and my Mum.

My brother is comfortable and happy living in the home. He loves all the staff

I was really worried and didn't know what to expect when I was told my mam needed to go into nursing care. Having visited a few in the area, Bryony Park stood out for what I wanted for my mam and it hasn't disappointed. It has a lovely feel to it, and that's not about how nice it is to visit but more about the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and they make you feel like you are family. They treat my mam, and other residents I've seen with respect and like a human being, not just someone they are there to look after. They genuinely care which helps put my mind at rest that I know she is in good hands.

I find that Bryony Lodge very welcoming each time I call to see my sister. Lynne is happy & felt well cared for

Myself and my brother viewed Ashley lodge in May when my dad could no longer be cared for at home - I'm a nurse myself and have worked in care homes and on viewing this one I immediately had a good feeling about it and the care the residents were given. My Dad was a very independent person up until he's dementia declined and moving him out of his home was a hard decision but moving him in to Ashley lodge is the best! We visit him daily, take him out weekly, the staff are always friendly and will call or email if they need to know something or need us to bring something in for Dad. He always has a big smile on his face and even though he can't express how he's feeling we know he is happy and feels safe and cared for. They have a lovely variety of different meals and there is always a menu to see what he's had/ having. He is always cleanly shaved and clean clothes on every day which is lovely to see as my Dad was always very proud of how he dressed! Thank you to allxx

My mother has flourished due to the excellent care at Bryony Park. She stayed with them last year for six weeks respite and when she became ill again, it seemed the perfect place for her to recover. From day one, she's been treated with love, respect and dignity. The levels of care and commitment are exemplary. My mother has improved so much in four weeks that it's unbelievable. The family are thrilled! Bryony is a friendly place to visit - like one big family. I have nothing but praise for the excellent team at Bryony Park.

My only suggestion is lack of ventilation, so air conditioning would be good in all this heat/air filtration. Re room was quite warm.

Could not picked a better place for care. This home is outstanding beauiful lounge, lunch area out side sitting area.

Overall a perfect place all round.

My Husband has been a resident in Marigold for nearly a month and I can not thank the team enough for the exemplary care they provide they are consistently kind supportive and treat all the residents with profound dignity and respect. The Home is always clean + warm very welcoming it is like home from home and brings our family incredible peace of mind The management is also very approachable and keep us up to date

I cannot thank all the staff enough for what they do for Mam and her continuing care.

My father Robert has been resident in Bryony Park for 9 months I can honestly say all the and care provision has been excempally my father is well cared for and he's always smiling whenever the staff enter his room

I cannot praise the home and care she receives enough.

Mary has settled well and is clean and cared for. She is enjoying the meals and chats with staff regularly. She has been encouraged to join other residents in the lounge areas and takes part in home activities where she can.

We have been so lucky to have found this home for my 93 yr old mum. The staff & set up is excellent. They couldn't do any more for my mum. It's like home from home in fact better. My mind is completely at ease knowing she couldn't receive any better care anywhere else. I would gladly move in myself its that good.

I am happy with the overall care and support given to my husband Ian. Ian has settled into the home and is happy to be in the home.

Staff very pleasant, home is clean & welcoming

Very helpful, they know how to treat her - more so than even the hospital seemed to. Without their help, I firmly believe she may well of lost her legs. 1st class staff and those in charge.

I've been treated very well. All needs are met where as possible. I've enjoyed some activities, but as I'm only here on recovery, the activities are not for me. (good for the home)
