Located on the Essex Coast, Corner Lodge is a purpose-built home designed to provide dementia care in a homely, comfortable, bright, and secure environment.

Mum has received brilliant care since she moved in during 2022. There have been occasional problems but staff and management have always listened to any concerns and have rectified them quickly and efficiently. A lovely care home with a welcoming family atmosphere.

Knowing that my husband is being cared for very well by friendly, competent staff is a huge relief. It is very hard to stop doing the caring at home for myself and I am sure family of other residents feel the same.

Mum came here for respite, and is hopefully staying permanently. I'm really happy with how well she has been cared for. She has really settled and is happy here. I'm very pleased with how the staff look after mum. Anyone who would consider to come here would be more than looked after.

We are very happy with the care mum receives. All the staff are very friendly, helpful and care about the residents. We had quite a difficult time getting mum a permanent residency here, but the staff were a massive help in achieving this and the support they offered, made it happen and we can't thank
them enough. Thank you for looking after our mum.

I found the home warm and welcoming. My mum has settled well. Staff always update me on how mum is, care plans are good and these support her needs, care, etc. The home is clean, and has no odours.
The activities in the home are meaningful, and those my mum participate in encouraging conversation with
the carers. Since mum has been here, she is colouring and writing the name of the home, which mum has not done for a longtime. Thank you for making mum happy and contented.

The care my father receives is wonderful. My dad is always clean with nails cut and cleaned regularly. The food is plentiful and there is a whole range. Drinks (even a bar!) range from tea, coffee, juice, milkshake and hot chocolate. Resident activities each day. Residents go out, activities brought
in. I recommend 10/10. All staff polite and friendly.

The staff and everyone are very caring and helpful. Very pleased with how my friend has settled in and is so much calmer than she was in the latter stages of being at home. She doesn't realise she is in a nursing home and says looking forward to coming now as she never ever wanted to leave her home
of over 60 years. She is safer here then she was at home.

My sister has been in Corner Lodge for 3 years now, she is very happy. I follow Corner Lodge on social media and see there are so many activities to do. The staff are lovely and kind to the residents, a very happy atmosphere. I think it's lovely.
