The staff make me feel welcome and always treat my mother with a great level of care and respect, my mam cannot communicate but seems very settled. There has been a recent change in ownership and with that comes a change in Management/staff. I have been asked to join a recruitment panel to help with the intake of new staff, this I think is an excellent idea and the inclusion of families a big plus. Her room is nice and is always spotless, the food is varied and of a good quality.
My score of satisfactory for Value for Money is not a reflection on the charges Bryony has in place which are very competitive, but more that as a self funder I find ALL care fees extortionate

Hi, I am the Home Manager here at Bryony Lodge Nursing Home!
I am proud to say that I am a dedicated qualified registered manager I have completed QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management. And I am fortunate to be in a position to lead such a wonderful group of staff I have worked in healthcare since I was 19 and started out as a healthcare assistant within a care home providing complex nursing care for residents, as well as rehabilitation and palliative care. I also managed a Home Care business where I provided help and support into the community.
I love my role at Bryony Lodge and take great pride in supporting the team. The nurses and the staff are a dedicated and well-established group, and are all very proactive. I live local to the care home so I have good knowledge of the area.
Our staff are what holds the home together. Each one of these team members are dedicated to providing high quality care and services to those we support, and ensuring the residents enjoy all aspects of life at our home.v
