Victoria House has exceeded all our expecations. My father has settled in really well. The home has a caring relaxed feel. The staff are caring, thoughtful and kind. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable, the food is excellent. I would recommend this home.

I have found the carers and nurses are all kind and are helpful in every regard, even under the most trying of situations. The level of empathy shown to residents is exemplary and is to be commended. The housekeeping of the care home is excellent and the recent improvements are welcomed.

Mam gets well looked after in Victoria House, well fed and watered, always clean and tidy. Spotless home and loving her trips out on the mini bus.

Staff are approachable to ask questions.
The manager has helped with any concerns my family have had.
Garden area is getting improved, able to sit outside to enjoy sun.
Need activities to be done in Victoria Part.

I was very happy to leave my husband in Victoria House for respite. All the staff are very caring and looked after him well. Wouldn't hesitate to leave him there again. Highly recommend.

My cousin always seems to be happy at Victoria House (a lot more than she was where she resided previously).
The staff are always Pleasant and polite.
Her room IS always clean and her personal hygiene is taken care of with care and dignity.

My Mum moved into Victoria House and is temporary for now. I am hoping she can stay permanently. The staff are always pleasant and polite and friendly. Mam is well looked after and seems quite settled.
Her room is homely and we have been allowed to put up pictures from home. Mam is always clean
and tidy and well looked after. I have no concerns.

Our late father spent his last few weeks in Victoria House & we couldn't have picked a better place for him to be looked after. The minute my sister & I went for a look around it had such a welcoming feel about it. The staff were so caring & couldn't do enough for dad & us. We had only just lost our
mother when Dad was admitted to Victoria House we were feeling very emotional. The staff were extremely supportive & went out of their way to make sure we were ok. We would highly recommend Victoria House to anyone who might be looking for a Care Home for a loved one in the near future.

My Dad was a resident at Victoria House between 6/9/24 and 8/10/24 in the nursing department. During this time we found that the home met and exceeded our expectations. We have had experiences with 2 other care homes in the Stockton On Tees area and can say hand on heart that Victoria House provided
the best care. The care from all staff was excellent, response time to any request was extremely quick and efficient. The food was of such a high standard. My family and I would like to express our thanks to you all.

All the staff are very friendly, calm, attentive and professional.
My Mum is very happy to be here, and I'm happy that Mum's happy.
The nurses keep me updated and the communication is excellent.
The place is always clean and tidy.
No complaints from us. 10 out of 10!

We recently had a lovely afternoon tea organised by the home and have frequently observed my mum having fun and enjoying her stay.

Since my mum moved over here, I have been so happy with how she has settled. All the staff, without exception, have been amazing! Showing real, genuine care, love and attention. Whether I visit Monday morning or Sunday night, it is always consistent and I have so much appreciation and thanks to all
the staff. Thank you.

The home is making my wife's life so comfortable and the care is excellent. Can't fault anything we are always made welcome as a family. The staff are so pleasant and caring for my wife. All needs are met and she is made as comfortable as possible. I would recommend anybody to place their family
member here.

My uncle is residing in your care home at present. From the first point of contact with the home manager to nursing staff and care staff, I have been very impressed. Every time you phone, the staff are very polite and most helpful and on visiting, the interaction with the staff and residents is
amazing. So please accept my appreciation for all that you do and you should all be very proud of your nursing home.

Victoria House is a well-run nursing home. It is very clean and the staff friendly. Having visited a number of different nursing homes over the last couple of years, I would say Victoria House is one of the best.

I 100% recommend Victoria House Care Home!
After a brief negative stay in a different home, my dad has become his happy self again here!
The staff are warm, friendly and very accommodating with so much patience you would think they were looking after family!
I am so grateful for the care they
give him when it became too hard for me to give alone!

Victoria House is so homely, comforting and very peaceful. It is so clean and fresh and never has a thing out of place!
Again, 100% recommend for your loved ones to be treated like one of the family, brings tears to my eyes!

Great service provided by staff. I know my parents are well looked after, which makes life much easier for me as I don't have any worries regarding their care.
I would like to see more evidence of activities which take place, but other than this, I would highly recommend Victoria House to anyone
looking for a care home for a loved one.
