I have been my mother's condition deteriorate over the last 6 months since the she started life @ Victoria. Your staff have cared for her wonderfully. She needs more supervision now and with Sherren and Hilda's expert guidence the has settled in very well. Keep up the good work. Graham.

Victoria House has exceeded all our expecations. My father has settled in really well. The home has a caring relaxed feel. The staff are caring, thoughtful and kind. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable, the food is excellent. I would recommend this home.

I was very happy to leave my husband in Victoria House for respite. All the staff are very caring and looked after him well. Wouldn't hesitate to leave him there again. Highly recommend.

We had only just lost our mother when Dad was admitted to Victoria House we were feeling very emotional. The staff were extremely supportive & went out of their way to make sure we were ok. We would highly recommend Victoria House to anyone who might be looking for a Care Home for a loved one in the near future.

We have had experiences with 2 other care homes in the Stockton On Tees area and can say hand on heart that Victoria House provided the best care. The care from all staff was excellent, response time to any request was extremely quick and efficient. The food was of such a high standard.
