My wife Carol has been in your care since December last year and I am very pleased to see she is settling in which is nine weeks now. She has Alzheimer's but your staff are so supportive and caring so much thanks to all of your wonderful staff. I feel much more comfortable knowing that she is being

I have been at Derwent Care Home for quite some time. The care staff are so friendly and have made me very welcome. The meals are good. Nothing is a bother for the carers. I have made lots of friends. Such a homely place.

I have lived at Derwent for a few weeks now. I have been made very welcome. I have a lovely view. The care is wonderful. It is a home from home.

I have to say what a excellent service derwent care home is couldn't be more happier with the care, support and compassion my grandad receives the meals are outstanding and very well received from all the residents it's nice to know my grandad has made a lot of friends and is always welcomed with a
smile by all the carers thank you so much for the outstanding you all do.

I am a resident at Derwent and have been for some time. The care is outstanding and nothing is a bother. I can not thank the staff for all they do. They are worth their weight in gold.

My mum-in-law came to Derwent Care Home after damage to her home. She was welcomed by staff and her room was lovely. The home itself is lovely, light and comfortable with different areas for residents. She was encouraged to attend events in the home but staff always respected her choices. While the
home is lovely it's the staff who make it special, friendly, caring, very helpful and cheerful. As a relative you feel the staff like their jobs and the people they look after, which gives relatives peace of mind.

I find the staff brilliant, the meals are amazing, the communication is great. I get well looked after.

Very helpful and welcoming staff who are always on hand to support families and their resident.
Always a great experience and my grandmother always speaks highly of the friends staff and how helpful they are especially with a cup of tea in the afternoons.
Gives myself peace of mind knowing
they are providing an excellent level of care and service to loved ones. Highly recommend

I have come to Derwent for respite. Everyone has been lovely & friendly both residents and staff. I have enjoyed all my meals. I will definitely be coming back.

I have recently moved into Derwentand could not have been more welcomed. All the staff are lovely and nothing is a bother. Very happy I have come to live at Derwent.

The home has a warm and welcoming atmosphere and the residents are well cared for. Facilities are excellent and staff are helpful.

I have been a resident at Derwent Care Home for 8 years now, in this time I have gained a lot of confidence in myself and made lovely friends. I enjoy going to weekly bingo with residents, and enjoy the activities. I also enjoy good crack with the staff, they are always approachable when needed with
anything.
