From first viewing The Cottage, meeting with the team, and subsequently my father moving in and the ongoing care, the service has been exemplary, with a wonderful friendly atmosphere. It has quickly become a homely place for my father.

The staff at the home are all very friendly, helpful and they work hard. However, in my opinion, there are not enough staff on each shift. This is especially a problem at weekends, when the main office is empty. It sometimes takes a long time to get in and out of the home and on one occasion a
family member could not gain access and had to return home and come back later on. This was because the staff were very busy attending to the residents and was in no way their fault. The layout of the care home is very good.

A quiet property in a pleasant location. Spacious and well lit interior. Friendly staff and lovely carers who really do seem to care.
