I am always impressed with the great care given to my friend. He loves living at Brynfield. The staff are always helpful and cannot do enough for my friend. They always update me when I visit my friend.

Always a friendly reception when we arrive Staff seem very caring and attentive and our resident friend is being well cared for and very kindly treated As she has only been here a short while I have no real experience of all the activities but there is plenty happening depending on the needs of the individual and staff always around.

Very joyfull everytime I visit. My friend all way entertament going on and always gets me to joine in it so much fun there. Very clean and food outstanding. Staff are always helpfull and very kind.

Mum us happy here well cared for, the activities coordinator like singing to everybody.

Very friendly staff and attentive. On every visit there is always someone coming to check on my mother. The room is always tidy and Mum is kept clean and comfortable. There has been a vast improvement since she has been here.

Cannot fault the care my father has. He is content, comfortable and especially enjoying the trips that are organized. The staff are all great, kind and understanding of my dad's needs.

Everything great, staff + carers fab can't do enough for my father-in-law - he's very happy, eats everything enjoys the days out - all good + great.

My mother in law moved in jsut after Christmas, she settled in very quickly. The staff are very attentive and caring, and got to know her likes and dislikes by observation and conversation. The food is very nice, and there seems to be tea, coffee and biscuits and cake available thoughout the day. Overall I feel I could not have chosen a better home for my Mother in law.

My mother in law has been a resident for 16 months & has always received exceptional personalised care. We feel she is valued & genuinely respected in every aspect of her care.

We visited our neighbours of more than 30 years. They were very happy & the care they were receiving was second to none. The staff are really friendly & helpful and very welcoming.

Excellent care for my mother, who has dementia. Staff are excellent, couldn't wish for better care for my mother. Management of the care home are briliant and make us feel we are part of the Brynfield Manor family and we have made some friends here as well. Can't thank them enough for what they are doing for my mother and our family. Thank you all.

I would highly recomend Brynfield Manor, All of the staff are amazing from the manager to the handyman the chef to the nurses. The carers work so hard but always do their job with kindness and a smile and endless patience. I visit my mum reguarding and have seen the good the bad the ugly and the crazy. All in a days work for the staff here, I would pay them in god if I could.

It's very nice care home and the care home and the care home staff are very nice. Very good food. Good activity here. I can see lovely sea view so I am very happy because I was swimming and surfman. Me and my wife happy here.
