Brynfield Manor Nursing & Residential Care Home is a lavishly extended and converted 19th century Manor House with panoramic views of the picturesque Gower Peninsula. The property overlooks the sea and cliffs of the beautiful Langland Bay and the well-kept gardens and terraced balconies can be enjoyed by all. Brynfield Manor is situated on the outskirts of Mumbles and is close to all amenities.

Brynfield Manor is part of Langland Care Ltd which is a small family run company. It provides quality healthcare for the elderly. A high standard of nursing care is provided by qualified nursing and care staff, within a pleasant and homely environment.

Staff understand that its difficult decision to leave the home you have lived in for many years and to which you may be very attached, so they want you to make their home your home.

To promote wellbeing, all residents have personalised care plans tailored to their needs, thereby enhancing their quality of life, physically, mentally, socially and spiritually. Confidentiality, privacy and dignity are paramount.

I cannot fault the care of my husband from his initial assessment with one member of staff right through to his second week there. After he lasted a mere 48 hours in his last nursing home, where I had to collect him at 10pm in the night, due to lack of night staff and facilities. I was obviously petrified
he would struggle to settle at Brynfield.
I had no need to worry, they have a carer who watches his every Houdini move, they provide stimulation with games and helping him do jigsaws, he has drinks, snacks and food whenever he wants. If he wants to have a lie in he does. All the staff are caring and knowledgeable of dementia. They have an activities lead, who lights the room up with her smile, the catering staff are amazing and the home made food you would not receive better in a 5 star hotel.
I'm thankful I can tell him he's living by the sea, he's always wanted to, now he has beautiful views of Langland bay in a beautiful well maintained home. Thank you so much to each and every one of you.

I cannot recommend Brynfield Manor Care Home highly enough.
Both my Mum and Dad spent their last days there.
The staff, and care they provided, are what makes it wonderful. They always made us feel so welcome.
Special mention to one member of staff, in particular, who kept everyone so marvellously
entertained, and another member of staff who Mum especially developed a lovely relationship with.
The food was tasty, nutritious, and specific to the needs of individuals.
Thank you to everyone at the Home for giving my parents the best care in their latter years. We are forever grateful.

Very friendly staff and attentive. On every visit there is always someone coming to check on my mother. The room is always tidy and Mum is kept clean and comfortable. There has been a vast improvement since she has been here.

My mother in law moved in jsut after Christmas, she settled in very quickly. The staff are very attentive and caring, and got to know her likes and dislikes by observation and conversation. The food is very nice, and there seems to be tea, coffee and biscuits and cake available thoughout the day. Overall
I feel I could not have chosen a better home for my Mother in law.

We visited our neighbours of more than 30 years. They were very happy & the care they were receiving was second to none. The staff are really friendly & helpful and very welcoming.

Excellent care for my mother, who has dementia. Staff are excellent, couldn't wish for better care for my mother. Management of the care home are briliant and make us feel we are part of the Brynfield Manor family and we have made some friends here as well. Can't thank them enough for what they are

I would highly recomend Brynfield Manor, All of the staff are amazing from the manager to the handyman the chef to the nurses. The carers work so hard but always do their job with kindness and a smile and endless patience. I visit my mum reguarding and have seen the good the bad the ugly and the crazy.
All in a days work for the staff here, I would pay them in god if I could.
