Can I, on behalf of all the family, say a massive thank you to you all. All the staff, from the owner to the cleaner - great teamwork! Having to place my dad in care was a big decision, but you have made that transition so much easier, especially for my dad. The care you provide to him is
wonderful and we are always kept informed. It was his birthday and you provided us with privacy and respect, you even made a birthday cake so all the other residents could celebrate, we, as a family, were very touched. Thank you all.
