Can I, on behalf of all the family, say a massive thank you to you all.
All the staff, from the owner to the cleaner - great teamwork!
Having to place my dad in care was a big decision, but you have made that transition so much easier, especially for my dad.

It was his birthday and you provided us with privacy and respect, you even made a birthday cake so all the other residents could celebrate, we, as a family, were very touched. Thank you all.
