The care home is always clean and tidy. Management friendly and approachable. The staff always friendly and can't do enough to help in any way and give him any attention he may need. His room is always spotless and he is always clean and tidy.

My mum has been a resident for almost a year now and I am very happy with the care she has received. The staff are very friendly & take good care of her. The evening meals could be better with more warm food varieties, but she loves her Friday fish & chips! More local trips out would be nice when the
weather is good, even if it's just around the block. Overall, very pleased that my mum is in Glais House.

My mum has been in Glais House for 18 months, The care has been excellent. The staff are exceptional, hard working and friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend. Currently sitting with my mum and my wife enjoying a Summer fete, just one of the many well organised events for the residents.

There is not enough time or words to describe this amazing place. Glais quite literally saved my mother's life after years of mistreatment and neglect in another home! Without Glais mum would not be here or have had the quality of care she needs or deserves! The staff are fantastic, friendly inclusive
and have excellent communication with the family. The service and care mum has, is the best! They also do super family events which really brightens the residents' and family life!

At every visit, whether a family visit or for the frequent social events, all staff are very attentive. Particularly at social events lots of effort is made to include every resident and also family members. I often see smiles on the faces of residents, which has to be a good thing.

The home welcomed Mum and our family and made a very stressful transition seamless. The care mum has is excellent. She is happy, healthy and spotlessly clean. We noticed a complete change in her wellbeing for the better. All staff are approachable, caring and compassionate. It does not feel like a care
home. The facilities are immaculate. The activities are excellent and family are included. Mums room is so clean & tidy. We cannot fault her care and we are kept up to date. Visits are open, friendly and welcoming. Mum is really fond of her carers and is back to being 'Mum'.

Excellent standards throughout the whole home.


Facilities excellent and staff exceptional in supporting residents.


Really happy to have got my mum a place with in the home as it stands out compared to the remainder I previously visited throughout Swansea which provided the same services.

were excellent in supporting me obtain a place in the home from Jan-Mar 25. Good communication during this period which kept me well informed.

I can only praise, all staff for the care my mum receives in Glais House. She has been a resident of the home for 4 years. Due to her advanced Alzheimers and mobility issues, she requires full-time care.The Manager, nursing staff, carers and admin are happy, approachable, friendly, dedicated and attentive
to all her needs. I visit regularly and love the way staff, interact with mum, whether they're carers, domestics, kitchen staff, all show her attention, affection and give her comfort.
Daily activities engage residents and are tailored to individuals needs and abilities.
The events and activities team, go the extra mile and arrange the best parties for family and friends of residents. Last Saturdays, Easter event was fabulous, lots of games, animal petting and jewellery making, for children. Buffet food, beautifully prepared and scrumptious. Professional singer, sang popular songs, fun dancing, Easter Bonnet competition and amazing prizes. Precious memories and photos to treasure.

I find the home to be exceptional in its care, as I had my own Mother here as a resident for a while. It has a very warm and cosy atmosphere with attentive and caring staff to look after the residents.
