The staff are all absolutely brilliant. Always so kind and go above and beyond in every way. I am so thankful my mother in law is able to be in this care home. She is well taken care of, always clean, and well fed. The home is clean and well taken care of. Thank you to entire team there.

My Nan getting dementia was a devastating time for me and my family, as it is with anyone who has a loved one with dimentia. But finding her such an excellent care home in Ty Cerios has been great. Knowing she is in such safe and capable hands is so reassuring. The team there are excellent,
attentive, friendly and really do care about their residents. We can take solace in the fact she is well cared for and being made as comfortable as possible given the circumstances. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thanks so much to everyone there for all the great work you do, and for making my Nan comfortable.

You go above and beoned, very caring,always there for you if you need anything, make you feel that you belong and very welcoming, I have never met a nursing home before like this one so so friendly and very committed to job ect.

The care and compassion shown to our dad and us as a family will stay in our memories forever, every member of staff from cleaners to care assistants put 100% into their role, the empathy and kindness shown towards residents and their families gave us the confidence to leave our dad knowing he
would be safe and cared for extremly well.

My nan has been a resident at the home for a number of years. I have been really impressed and reassured with my nans care, especially due to the entertainment program that is provided. The care gone provide professional singers, boats from primary schools, choirs and other business to ensure that
the residents are enjoying themselves. My nan has her hair and nails done regularly. The entertainment manager in particular is very good with the residents and is a lovely friend and support to them all. The social media page provides families with up to date photographs of our loved ones enjoying daily activities which provides such reassurance. Ty Ceirios is a lovely nursing home and I would not hesitate to recommend it to other friends and family. Thank you for taking such good care of my Nan.

What a difference this home has been to my mother shes happy she gets involved i see a massive change im her what a relief its been to me i can relax and not constantly worry for her its such a happy vibe and the residents are looked after

My mum has been at Ty Ceirios for a number of years now and we have seen many changes of staff, managers and recently new owners. During the whole time my mum has been well cared for by a dedicated and caring team of carers , nurses and managers. Mum is nearly always well presented and looks happy.
Due to her dementia her health has declined over the 6 year period she has been at the home and as such the staff have made adjustments for her needs. Often badgering other health professionals to ensure she has what is needed. This included a new chair to hold her comfortably and allow her to eat and engage with others again. This has made a massive difference to her wellbeing and is just one example of how staff are dedicated to the residents health & wellbeing. Any issues we may have have been dealt with quickly by the managers and my visits with mum have been made enjoyable through the friendliness of carers and other staff. Ty Ceirios has a great team of staff who I am very thankful to.

My Uncle has been with yourselves the last 2 years. I live in Cheshire so I am unable to visit on a regular basis but I am so grateful that he is being looked after by such professional and friendly staff.
I feel communication is excellent and I am always aware of any problems that occur.

Mum has been at the home over 6 years. She has always been treated with kindness, dignity and respect by all her carers, who go over and above to ensure all the residents are treated this way. Mum is always well presented and eats better than I do, with a range of meals served to meet her dietary
requirements.
The management at the home is always willing to answer or address any questions or concerns immediately and are very approachable. Mum wouldn't have been there this long if we weren't 100% happy with her care and how the home is run.

Our mam has been with you for around six weeks and I feel that the care she is being given is excellent. Your staff are lovely and as they know by now, mam has on and off days and you get to realise that when she has a good day she can also be funny. I love the way we get to see photos on this group
too, it's wonderful how much you do to keep your residents occupied. I'm very pleased with the way mam has settled. Thank you Ty Ceirios xxx

My mum has only been in the home for 6 weeks but has settled so well because of the care and understanding shown her by the wonderful staff who work there. As a family we were unsure whether we were doing the right thing by taking her from her own home and placing her here but can truthfully say we
know we made the right decision after seeing how not just mum but everyone else is treated.
Wonderful staff wonderful home it's a big thank you from us as a family to see mum cared for so well

Dad has been at Ty Ceirios since May 2020. The staff are always warm and friendly and for their best for the residents.
They contact me whenever there is a concern and resolve any issues quickly.
They try to involve residents as far as possible in activities and do what they can to make their
lives as stimulating as possible.

My mum has been at the home for 5 years. Whilst her mental capacity has declined her general health has improved due to the care and compassion of the staff at the home. As a family we have witnessed many changes lately as the home undergoes a transformation and modernisation. The staff at the home
go out of their way to make sure my mum is happy and well looked after. They are generally also very friendly and supportive to families. There are always a range of activities for the residents to join in with as they wish and families are encouraged to join their loved. Mum has always been treated with the utmost dignity. Her personal hygiene and her appearance are important to us and she has a weekly visit by the hairdresser and staff take time to choose outfits to match her needs for that day. Since there was a new manager new equipment and modernisation has taken place throughout the home. Some of which is ongoing.

The team looked after and cared for Mum until she passed away recently from her illness. Mum had been with them for a long while due to her terminal cancer and Dementia issues that got worse over time. All management and staff are fantastic, looking after anyone that needs help with ongoing health
and age problems. Many thanks to you all at Ty Ceirios.

Severe lack of communication between the staff and the family, which lead to me never seeing my dad alive again once he had gone into Ty Ceirios. Absolute shambles from start to finish. So unprofessional.

This home has provided much love and care for my wife, who suffered from Alzheimer's. It was not only the care shown to my wife, but also the friendliness and kindness shown to me, her husband. I also got to know one or two of the residents and families. This home made a very difficult period so
much easier to bear. I still go back there to visit and share in some of the activities. To all at the home - thanks SO much.

My aunt was shown the best of care and nursing during her last years at Ty Ceirios.
The staff were all solicitous of her needs and showed her the greatest respect throughout her deteriorating mental capacity. Living away from the home we were always confident she had the care she needed and the
comfort this gave us cannot be measured.
Our grateful thanks to all who cared for her.

I have recently had the privilege of meeting the dedicated, compassionate, caring team of Ty Ceirios Nursing Home.
They cared for my amazing Daddy in the last days of his life and I cannot thank them enough for the respect and genuine affection they showed him and my family.
I would not hesitate
to recommend Ty Ceirios Nursing Home ~ it is managed to a very high standard and the carers and nurses are 'Angels'.
Thank you, my friends, for looking after Daddy.
