Bankview House at Bankview Care Home has been a very positive experience in residential living for my mother, the facility is attractive and well maintained. Her room is spacious and has a lovely view. Staff are friendly, attentive and professional. Guests are welcomed and staff always know where my
mother is - either at the lounge or in her room. This is reassuring. The family is kept updated on anything relevant, the administrator does an excellent job, also, and is extremely helpful.

My dad has setted in great, plenty of activities for him can see updates on social media. They bring in entertainment. He has been on outings aswell.
Always made feel welcomed, staff are friendly and very helpful, meals are great as can see what he's having on that day with menu on table. Manager
is great speaks away and makes sure we are happy with the care my dad is getting as this is my dad's 2nd care home as had bad experience with first one, also any complaints are dealt with promptly

My mum went in 3 years ago for what we thought might only be a short time but here we are 3 years later
When we visit she is always clean and well presented in her bed. She enjoys a bit of banter with the staff and seems to enjoy the food.
The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the home
itself is always very clean and fresh smelling.

My mother has been a resident of Bankview Home for some time now. The staff always exhibit a very high standard of care, in every respect, physically, medically and emotionally. They have built a close connection with my mother and her family which provides us with the reassurance that she is always
being well looked after. Communication between Bankview and the family is prompt and complete, so that there is never any doubt about the care of my mother.
The room is always clean and tidy, as are the other surroundings, and her clothing is laundered within an inch of its life!
Julie, the manager is very approachable and helpful and is supported by a team of friendly and efficient office staff.
There are lots of activities and outings for residents both inside and beyond Bankview including visits from a pony (nappy wearing) and a husky which my mother really enjoyed petting although I thought she would have been afraid of the dog.
So, all in all, we are hugely pleased with Bankview.

Staff keep me well informed of changes staff are very good with mum treating her with care + respect. Room kept very tidy & clean. Food seems to be good as mum eats most things. Mums clothes clean + tidy. Activities - day trips etc planned + checked with me as long as mums well. Variety of
activities for all. Overall care is excellent, all staff do a brilliant job!

My mother, Agnes, has been in Bankview Nursing Home for 2 years. She's very contented here, the staff are all exceptionally nice, to both residents and families. The home is very clean, and very rarely ever 'smells' bad like most homes do. There's plenty of activities for those who want to
participate in them.
Residents are treated respectfully and with dignity. The biggest plus for this home is without doubt the staff, thank you.

A lovely and welcoming care home. Mum came to live in Bankview in June 25 and has thrived in the caring and supportive environment. Staff are very attentive and caring, always communicating important developments or changes in mum's condition. Peace of mind that she is safe and well cared for, as it
was such a worry when she was no longer able to manage in her own home.

Our family couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional care our father receives at Bankview. We are continually struck by the welcoming atmosphere and genuine kindness of the staff. Every team member from carers and nurses to housekeeping and admin go above and beyond to make residents feel safe,
respected and at home. The facilities are always clean, well maintained and thoughtfully arranged to provide comfort and safety. Activities are varied and engaging, frequent live music performances always brings smiles which is apparent from social media posts that helps keep our family involved in daily life in the home regardless of distance. We would highly recommend Bankview to anyone looking for compassionate and reliable care for a cherished loved one.

My Granda has been a resident of Bankview for the last 18 months and he has the best care. Every single staff member is very friendly and you can tell they really care about the residents. The care home is always immaculate and the residents get taken very good care of.
As I am unable to visit
super frequently, I am so happy that the social media is updated on a daily basis and I can keep up to date with the activities that take place. I really appreciate all of the photos and see how happy the residents are.
Please keep doing what you are doing.

My sister moved into Bankview in May and from the beginning I have been very impressed with how welcoming all staff are; everyone is very friendly, approachable and helpful. The transition into Bankview was smooth and staff were able to put my mind at ease with regards to the next step for my
sister's care. My sister has settled in very well and is delighted with her room. We appreciate, as a family, the wide range of activities and experiences on offer that my sister can attend should she wish. I have observed positive interactions between the staff and my sister - and other residents - and the staff obviously work hard at building positive relationships with all residents. The environment itself is very welcoming, with care and attention given to how it is has been decorated for the benefit of the residents, and it is always clean and fresh. I know that my sister is being well cared for, safe and happy at Bankview which are my main priorities.

Bankview is the most nicest home I have seen, it is immaculate and the carers are all wonderful. Patients so well looked after, also visitors. Would recommend it to everyone definitely first class.

My mother was admitted into Bankview mid October. The process was very smooth and hassle free. The staff are always cheerful and there is always plenty of activities for the residents. Mum loved the days where singing and dancing took place. When mum took ill suddenly and was in her last days the
care and compassion from all the staff was exemplary. They are a credit to their profession.

My wife was a resident in Bankview for many years until she recently passed away.
The care she received during her time was exceptional, the empathy shown by the carers was a delight to see and was reflected by the responses from my wife. I cannot praise the staff high enough as each and everyone
contributed to her wellbeing and they are a credit to their profession. Anyone looking to place a loved on in a care home should look no further than Bankview and I have no hesitation in recommending the care home to all.

I remain extremely happy with the care my brother is receiving. Especially more so over the last few weeks when his condition deteriorated rapidly and unexpectedly. The staff have been excellent and are doing everything to keep my brother comfortable, pain free and settled.

I am very happy with the care and staff. Everyone is so helpful and if you have any concerns, they are dealt with straight away. The home is well-run, a happy manager has a happy team. My aunt is well looked after and happy to be there.
