Fairview care home is good for my friends needs with dementia. She's been in there for a few yrs when I visit staff are very friendly my friend is well looked after. They care for her needs .lovely room she has loads of activities to do to keep her mind active .

My dad received the kindest care from all staff throughout his short stay. Sadly, he passed away, but I will always be grateful to the staff at Fairview for explaining kindly and supporting us as a family.
You shared humour with Dad and remained professional in your duties.

My father was in Fairview for 2 weeks respite and I can’t thank the staff enough for their attention, helpfulness and friendliness to not only my father but myself and my family.
The home is spotless and has a nice atmosphere, my dad is more than happy to go back.

The care home is excellent and clean, staff are very caring and helpful. Always lots going on to keep my mum occupied. Nursing needs for my mum are met at a high standard. Overall, I am happy with the care being provided.

I have held the review processes that I have experienced to be informative for both yourselves and myself.
I would prefer the reviews to be held with the same staff member for continuity and that requests i.e - for staff to know that Mum wears hearing aids and it would make Mum's life and theirs
easier if they knew. I would also know that the request had been passed on.

We are so happy with the care our dad receives. Everyone is so attentive. We know that Dad is well looked after, well-fed, comfortable and warm. All the staff are approachable and always helpful and keep us updated on our dad. It's great to know that our dad gets social interaction as he enjoys a
bit of banter.

The care my husband receives is excellent. The staff are very caring and always so aware of his needs. The care home is very happy, supportive environment, especially for myself as a carer coming in to visit my husband. The activities are varied though he particularly enjoys singing. He also enjoys
the variety of food.

The manager and the team are approachable and work with me to help Dad begin to settle in. It's very collaborative.
The activities and well-being staff are open to suggestions and try hard to overcome the challenges that Dad's Alzheimers presents.

My dad has settled in well here and seems quite content. All his needs are being met and the staff and management seem genuinely fond of him. I'm well informed regarding his progress and have no concerns as to his care and general quality of life.
