From the day my mum arrived at the home she was made very welcome and she settled in well from the day 1,from that day knew I had made the right decision , I cannot thank the all staff for all the help they gave my mum right till the end , everyone was was so welcoming and friendly and helpful ,
definitely recommend to anyone looking

Very pleased with all the staff regarding my mum also the activities that are done during the day with singers as well. They all make my mum very welcome and cared for. Thanks.

I am very satisfied with my husband's stay in Woodside Court Care Home.
At times she could be difficult to deal with and he was always treated with kindness and compassion.
I cannot praise his care enough.

Overall, I am pleased with the level of care provided for my mother. The staff were all friendly and helpful. No complaints from my side. Easy to get to via bus or car parking. Staff always kept me informed.

The staff made the transition for my brother very smooth, they are very helpful and they answered all your questions. The care home and the gardens are lovely, they allowed my daughters to set his room up the day before he moved in. My mind is at ease leaving him now as he is getting looked after 24
hours a day and getting the help and care that he deserves.

The staff at this home are so helpful. From day one they put my mind at ease with my uncle allowing me to make his room as homely as I wished. Every time I go I get a full update. Could not ask for anything more.

Very happy with all aspects of care provided.
All staff are very friendly and helpful. Any time we asked for something, the staff were always able to help.
Rooms were always clean and tidy. We felt Mum was treated with dignity and care. Thank you.

I find the staff very friendly and helpful. They have great respect for the people in their care. I have visited this home fortnightly for the past three years and would recommend it to my nearest and dearest.

The staff are very welcoming and a lovely atmosphere in the home - restful and peaceful. All three residents are happy here and feel cared for. Nice clean environment and the staff put themselves out to help.

Carers look after Mum very well.
Acitvities are good.
Food is nutritious.

My husband has recently moved into Woodside Court. The staff have been excellent at trying to help him settle in and to help us cope with this. They always take time to talk to us and to listen, especially when we have been upset.

My mother was given a very warm welcome on her first day at Woodside Court. Her arrival coincided with Christmas, New Year and a Covid outbreak, so although staffing levels and, consequently, hands-on care were reduced, the festive season was nicely celebrated. mum really enjoys chatting with all
the staff here and they in turn are incredibly helpful and cheerful. Life at Woodside Court is full of compassionate care.

My mum has spent five and a half happy years at Woodside Court. She passed away peacefully last week with dignity and peace.
She has always been well cared for, loved and appreciated for the wonderful character she was.
The home is well maintained, with very comfortable furnishings, a well kept
garden and tasty and appetising food on offer. If Mum didn’t like what foods were on the menu an alternative was always offered. There is a wide variety of entertainment, crafts, games and outings for residents run by staff who understand the needs of people with dementia. The staff always do there best to answer any queries at the time or get in contact soon after. There has been a change in management and they continue to keep staffing numbers covered sometimes with agency staff, during post-pandemic/Covid illnesses. Staff are so dedicated throughout the home no matter what their role may be within the organisation. I can only thoroughly recommend the home as a place of love.

It has been a difficult year due to Covid and all its ramifications. However, the staff, despite changes and losses, have been fairly consistent in the care of my relative. The physical aspects of the home e.g upgrading flooring and decoration and moving my relative to a bigger room, have been
appreciated. I've heard recently that visits and outings are being reinstated, all for the good. It's been a difficult time for everyone and I'm pleased the staff have made it as palatable as possible.

I would have put extremely likely if staffing levels were better. I spent whole days in Dad's room so I heard and saw a lot. The staff were kind, caring and compassionate to all the residents. They were brilliant! I also saw first-hand the challenges they faced to get to residents timeously,
especially when residents required assistance at the same time. My dad was in tears one day as he was afraid he would soil himself, the staff were always so apologetic but couldn't perform miracles. One extra pair of hands would make all the difference to the well-being of residents and staff alike. Otherwise, Woodside Court would excel.
