Staff are friendly, approachable and very caring towards the residents. Kynnaird Care Home is clean and well-maintained. I have no complaints and would thoroughly recommend Kynnaird Care Home. Thank you all for looking after my granny.

Very happy with the service care provided.The home is kept nice and clean,and i am told the food is good.There seems to be plenty get togethers/activities for the residents.The staff is friendly and always willing to help.

My dad is very well cared for at Kinnaird house care home in Fraserburgh,he loves when they have a music afternoon even though he doesn't remember much 30 minutes later due to his illness, but it's good to see him enjoying himself in the moment, all the other residents look like their enjoying the music too.staff are all really nice & friendly. Nice safe & cosy environment .

They staff are all extremely helpful and friendly and do all they can to ensure residents are comfortable. Bathing seems to be too much trouble for them and also take time to ensure relatives are making time for themselves

My mother has only been in Kynnaird House for 2 weeks. The way she has settled into the home has been excellent. The care staff have been wonderful making it really easy for her to feel at home, she has been really well looked after, they spotted that she had a chest infection and organized the necessary treatment, there are lots of activities each day for her to be involved in. The rooms i.e. bedroom, dinning area and lounge, are always spotlessly clean with cleaning staff taking a real pride in their work. The food has been really good and my mothers appetite has improved since she has arrived. It is always a pleasure to visit with staff who care about their work.

My experience with the staff at Kynnaird has been excellent. Their care and concern have really impressed me. Overall the care in my opinion is commendable. Really happy staff.

I find that my wife is being looked after here in Kynnaird very well by staff and she is well fed and her needs are attended to in no time. My wife used to sing and dance in her younger years, that is why she is so happy when staff dance and sing with her when there is a concert in the home.

My husband is very well cared for and if anything changes I am informed right away. The staff take very good care of him. If I need anything all I have to do is ask a member of staff and they deal with it right away. I am very pleased with the care my husband receives.

I am delighted with the overall care my Dad receives at Kynnaird House. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and the ethos of care and compassion comes from the Manager herself. All my Dad's needs are attended to and respected. Although my Dad chooses not to participate in activities, the staff do so much for their residents, always thinking and planning for new ways to enhance their days.

Really pleased with the care my mam gets at Kynaird House. The staff are excellent, very caring and you can ask them anything. No matter when I go in my mam is always Bonnie dressed and clean. The home itself is very clean as well. You are always made welcome when you go in and that includes all the staff at the home. It is a massive burden lifted from me knowing my mam is safe and well looked after. They put on different things through the year that the families can go to and they are really good Would just like to thank everybody at Kynaird for the excellent care my mam is getting since she went into the home in March.

The family is delighted with the way Mum has settled in Kynnaird, with all staff being very kind and caring. They have made the transition from hospital as stress-free as possible. Many thanks from the family.

Our experience so far has been very good. Mum is happy there and is getting on well she is very fond of the staff and the interaction is very good. Mum has not been there long but settled in well and that is due to staff.

Staff are very friendly and obliging. Kept up to date of any illness, it's a difficult job to do caring for the elderly. The staff do it well at Kynnaird House. The manager is available and easy to talk to. My cousin is always clean and content.

The staff at Kynnaird House have all been wonderful. They have all been kind, encouraging and extremely patient with my relative. they have put a lot of effort into optimising pain relief and assisting with physiotherapy. It is a weight off our minds to know she is being cared fro in such a cheerful and safe environment.

Since moving into the nursing home my friend has had excellent care. she is in a warm environment, is provided with a good choice of meals and has companionship when she wants it. Physically she is well cared for with needs attended to promptly. Outside services are employed when necessary and acted upon quickly. Members of staff are friendly and encouraging. They listen to and act upon any requests made. Overall, she is warm, safe and has company around.

The staff are great and very compassionate towards residents. Always very pleasant and polite. Any concerns we have when things go wrong are dealt with quickly and in a professional manner. The only negative would be the room cleanliness could be better.

Everything seems to be good. Staff are good with residents and caring. The lift seems to be out of action an awful lot, don't think one lift is very practical. I think there should be two as it's a lot of work for staff and for visitors that have to go to the top floor. The normal laundry lady is amazing, but laundry leaves a lot to be desired when she is off.
