My Mum has been in Aaron House since June 2022 with dementia. Since mum entered Aaron House I feel she has been well cared for in every way. All the staff have been very kind and very approachable. Mum is happy and contented and that puts our mind at rest. There is always some kind of entertainment
during the day to keep the residents entertained. A big thank you to all the staff for their hard work and caring.

My wife has been in Aaron House since2019! She isvvont e need and the staff are very considerant of her needs. They have plenty of things to keep residents occupied. Goodbye varied and nutritious. Medical problems are dealt with promptly!
Overall I would say that they always have residents coming
first and go the extra mile when required.

The home is an excellent place to be cared for .My mum has been there since September 2023 and we as a family cannot express how much Aaron house does for my mum .Big shout out to Pamela who does an excellent job and all her colleagues.You do a great job and I thank you also to the lovely office

My Mum who has dementia has been a resident in Aaron House since August and we could not be happier with the care she has been given. She is always treated with dignity and compassion. There is lots going on and Mum is always kept busy and stimulated. The staff are very accommodating, friendly and
compassionate and the management team have always been approachable.

Aaron House has truely been a life-saver for "x". Before she moved there in August 2023 she was living by herself in Pathhead. For many years she had been a Nanny to our 2 girls and as there were no relatives close by, I took over her care as her health deteriorated. With unstable diabetes and the
onset of dementia this became increasingly difficult, despite the support of community carers. Eventually she moved to Aaron House. I can honestly say this has been the best decision we could have made. She has a lovely big room filled with her own furniture and is settled and content. On her own admission it is a lovely place to live, the food is great and the staff are all very friendly and caring. From my point of view a huge weight of responsibilty has been lifted. I know she is regularly checked throughout the night and the "hypoglycaemic attacks" which frequently occur in the early hours are picked up and treated. The nurses and GP keep me regularly updated.

My Mother in law has been a resident in Aaron house for almost 4 years. and I can honestly say the care, support and kindness my mother in law has been shown in that time has been amazing, she is happy, settled and her personal hygiene is always looked after. The staff are friendly and informative
and we feel relaxed knowing our lovely mum is in the best possible environment for her needs.

Aaran house care home is wonderful. My mum was a resident there for 3 years until she passed in October 2025. The care mum received was 2nd to none. From the care support to cleaners everyone went above and beyond to make sure residents were happy and safe.

My father moved into Aaron House in December. Every single member of staff is happy, kind, compassionate, thoughtful, caring and supportive and of course professional. They know what my dad's needs are and absolutely nothing is a bother to anyone. I feel so much better knowing that he is being
cared for by such an incredible team.

My dad has received excellent care at Aaron House. The culture is one of respect and kindness from all staff including admin, ancilliary and activity coordinators, as well as the care and nursing staff. As a family, we are also respected and provided with care and good communication. I couldn't
fault Aaron House in any way.

My Mum has been in Aaron House for over a month now. I am very happy with the care she is receiving. She is clean warm and comfortable. The staff are all lovely, friendly and helpful. She has a nice en suite room overlooking the lovely garden.

First class service by staff at all levels who are obviously dedicated to their work. Their attention to detail in keeping residents well maintained, entertained and generally looked after is quite remarkable.

Dad has been here for almost a year now and is happy living in Aaron House. As a family, we are happy with the care he is getting and it is clear that everyone does their best for the residents. It is fantastic to see the range of activities that are organised for the residents. Dad particularly
enjoys the many musical events. We could not have picked a better care home.

My mum is very happy in the home, very settled. She enjoys her food and activities. Loves having a chat with the cleaner when they do her room. Very well cleaned by the cleaners and the staff are very attentive.

The amazing staff make this home five-star. The care and compassion they have for the residents is second to none. All staff from the careers/nurses/seniors to the auxiliary staff and the activities play a part and they work as a team to provide the best of care. This care home has a very open and
honest attitude and shares everything with the relatives. The management team are a big part of the home and is always available and involved in all aspects of the resident's care and as a result, are proactive in finding solutions and ways to help with the ever-changing needs of the resident. The home is full of noise as the activities team is always trying to find new ways of entertaining the residents and keeping them alert and engaged. The whole home is always clean and fresh. I will always be thankful to all the staff for the love and care they have shown my mum over the last nearly three years and will be forever grateful we were able to get a place here.

Both my parents are in Aaron House. They are both happy, clean, fed, and very well looked after. The staff are lovely, friendly, and extremely caring. As a family, we cannot commend Aaron House highly enough.

I feel assured that my mum is well looked after. Staff dealt with the requests in a timely manner. They are friendly and always welcome our visit. Thank you for providing such excellent care for my mum.

Happy with surroundings. Carers all good very helpful and nothing a bother. Can't complain about anything. Food excellent. Cleanliness great.
