Lovely care home - take great care of my mum. Staff are always friendly & welcoming.

I am very happy with the level of care provided to my sister. Staff go over and above to ensure her needs are met. This included a special birthday party organised by the home. Given my sister is relatively younger that other residents, it is important that this is taken into full account in
planning her activity schedule. Highly recommend Crofthead Care Home.

Very pleased with staff at Crofthead Care Home - nothing is too much trouble - Mum took a while to settle but staff would always take time to make sure she was ok. Mum is well fed & cared for and most of all she is safe. Entertainment is excellent & residents are encouraged to join in - Keeps mum
mentally stimulated. All in all family are glad we picked this home!

My dad has been very well looked after. All health concerns are dealt with using excellent care while maintaining dad's dignity. The facilities are superb, clean and well looked after. I have zero complaints about the staff, all professional and approachable with dad's seal of approval which is a
high bar.

The staff and the condition of the home are excellent.
I feel vert happy leaving Harry knowing that he is so well looked after.
They always include me in all that is going on in the home.
The staff are so friendly and the atmosphere in the home is very caring.

The team have been incredibly kind and welcoming to my mother since her admission. They have encouraged and supporting her with eating which was a main concern to us prior to her move. They treat her with amazing kindness and dignity. Staff are also happy to give updates during visits which has been
of great comfort to the whole family.

It's very obvious that staff know mum well. As her needs change, they change their tactics. From the start she has felt free of worry. Staff also recognise us as mum's family. Strong management team. Clear communication with family.

Mam has been in Crofthead for over 6 years. She is safe and well looked after, taking all worries away from us. The staff are hard working and friendly. They know all their residents and their individual needs.

Our father, and family are very happy with all aspects of his stay in Crofthead. All staff are professional, very caring and friendly. I've witnessed first hand their caring friendly nature in their contact with dad. It is clear to see they care deeply about their charges. My father has commented

My relative is very settled in the care home. Her day to day wishes are respected, and she has been able to continue her life in a similar manner to the way she lived at home. The staff are attentive, caring and professional, and my relative demonstrates a fondness for them. The wider family are
always made very welcome in the home, and there has been very good 2 way communication with staff of all disciplines and levels. I have also benefited from their emotional support over the last few years.

As always, my mother is being cared for well. The facilities in Crofthead are wonderful but it is the care and compassion of the staff that is truly outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend this care home to anyone looking for a place for a relative.

If there was an excellent plus to select I would allocate it to the boxes. This is a very pleasant place to live.

Have always found staff very approachable and any concerns are addressed immediately which in all honesty are few and far between.

Residents are well cared for, staff are kind and helpful. I never have any trouble. They have a good selection of food. The home is well managed.

My mum has only been in the care of Crofthead for a few months have no issues with any of the staff they are friendly and encourage my mum to participate in activities we are already seeing the benefit of having other people around her
