When the time came for my father to go into a care home, it was upsetting for us all. Etive House staff have been brilliant and have done everything to make the transition smooth and have supported us all. They deal with dads' individual needs with care and compassion. We see how they are with other
residents and feel like it's one big family. Dad is very happy there, and it gives us peace of mind that he is safe, well looked after, and to be honest, is getting spoilt rotten! Would not hesitate to recommend this home, it is excellent.

The home has a happy atmosphere. The staff seem to be happy in their work, which is a good sign.
All the staff are kindly towards my mother, which is all that I would ask. They went to a great deal of effort to make my mum's 100th and 101st birthday party as lovely as it could possibly be. If I
telephone to make an enquiry re. mums welfare, my calls are always taken patiently, when the staff are clearly busy. My three brothers also agree with my comments.

the staff are outstanding and the care for my mum who has dementia among other issues is thoughtful and specific to her needs. She is happy there and has a level of care I just could not provide at home

Our experience of Etive Care Home has been extremely positive from the time my mother entered the Home in 2024 to present. The staff (all levels and roles) are kind, approachable, efficient and informative. We feel my mother is treated with dignity and kindness at all times. Family members are
welcomed and made to feel at home or alternatively encouraged to make contact for updates at any time. During my mother's difficult journey with dementia she is treated with care and familiarity which we feel helps her and us cope with her condition.

Mum has had a very positive experience since moving to Etive House. The staff work hard to meet her needs and give her the best possible experience at all times. Recently when she has been unwell they have made her room as comfortable with better window views and more room for visitors.

there is friendly and welcoming to visitors at any time and have helped the whole family cope with this change of living for mum.

My mum is resident in the care home I visited her yesterday Tuesday she is settled in well she put on weight and is very happy there the staff are very nice and friendly and very professional the care home is lovely and in a lovely place can not fault it in anyway.

The standards in Etive House are of the very highest, A credit to everyone , from the management to the cleaners the Chiefs and everyone involved, what a fantastic and difficult job they do .
The real evidence of standard hits you on walking through the door , the residents are happy well looked
after , food is good and what more can anyone ask for ?

My mother in law had a significant birthday recently and the staff at Etive House went above and beyond any expectations we had of the celebration they offered to host. It was a joyous occasion and the staff couldn't do enough for my mother in law, family and friends before, during and after the
celebrations. The staff are always so kind, caring, thoughtful and respectful, and all work to the highest standard; the weekend of the birthday celebrations all staff members were exceptionally kind and gave so much more than expected. The staff all seem to have a sense of humour which is great to see.

Etive House Care Home is a very comfortable and welcoming place for my father who has dementia. The staff care for him very well. There have been issues with his clothing and they have done their best to resolve this.

It always warms my heart to see all the care and diversity, interesting activities, afforded to the residents...The resident's joy is infectious, and it is so obvious that they are living in a safe, and caring environment.

Etive House Care Home takes excellent care of my father. He is treated with dignity and respect. The staff always have time for him and I didn't feel rushed when talking with Senior Care Assistance about dad's recent fall. I was contacted asap after this incident. My father seems happy, content and
making the best of being in a care home. The staff continually trying to get him out of his room.

From my first encounter with management and care staff whilst viewing Etive House I was very impressed with the professional approach of all these staff and their caring attitude. Since my mother has moved into the home my estimation of the team has only increased further. There is an energy about
the home. It is bright and clean and all the staff are warm, friendly and very caring. There are always lots of staff around and they are very approachable. I feel very secure knowing my mum is safe and being very well looked after.

Etive House Care Home is an excellent facility. My mum has been there for around 6 weeks and our family are delighted with the care she has received. The staff food and cleanliness are exceptional and we would recommend it to anyone who asks.

My friend has been a resident at Etive House Care Home for a year now. I have been relieved since she entered your care as she was no longer fit to be staying by herself. She is extremely thin but I do believe she is well fed and well looked after. The staff are friendly and caring.

Having not long had another enjoyable visit with my elderly Aunt at Etive House I felt I had to take time to commend this home on all they do. From the minute you arrive, you are made to feel welcome, the place is spotless and fresh and you always are greeted with a smile and a tray of tea. Just as
if I was visiting my Aunt in her own home! My Aunty has the most beautiful room and seems to know all the staff by name and has the most amazing social life from the sounds of it. She had recently been entertained by some lovely musicians playing Scottish music. She said she often is up dancing and doing keep fit too! I’d like to thank all the staff at Etive House for their first-class care of my Aunt. It’s not easy for us to visit as often as we would like but we really are grateful that she is in such a super place it puts our mind at rest she is being so well cared for.

We are happy with my dad's care in the home. They are excellent at keeping us up to date with his health and well-being. Dad is usually happy when we visit and is always having banter with the staff. There are three ladies who are a part of the staff in the home and nothing is too much trouble for
them.

Thank you to all the staff for your care for my mother during the last year of her life, when she moved to Etive House. Despite our worries about how she would cope with the move, Mum felt at home with you almost from the start, and I'm sure this is due to the warm, friendly atmosphere. You took the
time to get to really know what made her tick, going out of your way to find activities that she would enjoy. It was a pleasure to see how contented she was and to be taken to meet the friends she'd made. I enjoyed visiting: it felt like a home from home. You kept us informed about all aspects of Mum's care, and it was reassuring to know what a great team of people we had looking after her. You cared for us, her family, just as well as you did Mum, particularly in her final days. We are so pleased that Mum was able to live at Etive House, and would highly recommend the home.

This care home is always welcoming. The staff are most pleasant and go out of their way to ensure residents are well cared for. They have a great variety of activities to stimulate the residents, something different each day. Relatives and friends are kept informed of any changes and queries are
