We were made to feel welcome from the moment we walked through the door. The home has a nice feel about it also. My dad appears to have settled in quickly and looks happy within his new environment. The home have drink dispensers in the corridor, which I think is a great idea, and the place is
spotlessly clean. The dining room appeared chilled when all the residents were in.
The manager and staff are all very knowledgeable. They all seem to enjoy what they are doing and that makes a huge difference.
I am pleased we have chosen Hillside View for my dad after battling with the decision for him.
After leaving the home today I felt confident we have made the right decision.

My husband (early onset dementia) has been in this care home, Hillside View, Paisley, for almost 4 years. In all that time, he has been treated with compassion and dignity by kind, caring staff. The home is very well run and in exceptional condition. Laundry always returned and ironed. Rooms and
communal areas are clean, bright and welcoming and used by lots of the residents throughout the day.

My sister came to Hillside View in 2022, and she was made to feel 'at home' from the outset. The staff have been terrific at handling her and her difficulties.
I was most impressed that 6 staff members took the time to attend her funeral, which speaks volumes for the genuineness of their care and
affection.

Home setting at Hillside Care Home has beautiful views and tranquil settings. This resonated with our sister in seeing familiar landscape on her arrival. Wonderful views of the braes. Staff are very welcoming, engaging, polite, hardworking and visually accessible. Our sister arrived at Hillside a
few weeks ago, although it's early days, we as a family are full of hope! Since her arrival on day one, all staff have been outstanding, their assistance, care and attention to detail has not gone unnoticed. Thank you for seeing beyond her complex needs. Your willingness to see the person and understand the condition speaks volumes. In the past few weeks our sister has thrived in your care.

Mum is so well looked after by all staff, all staff make you so welcome when you come on visits. I'm kept up to date with all or any issues on mum.
She is doing so well since coming to Hillside View 2 years ago this July.

My friend has been in this home for 4 years and has been treated with kindness and dignity. She is recently very unwell, and I am happy and confident she is being cared for in a caring and professional manner. The staff are amazing and have been a real family to my friend.

My parents were taken into care together at short notice. The staff were so helpful, supportive, and understanding at what was a difficult time.
This commitment was displayed further when my dad passed away. Their support and help with Mum and the wider family was wonderful. Mum is receiving
fantastic care and has settled in well to her new home. She is clearly well looked after and supported by strong leadership and a wonderful team of professionals

Granny was in Hillside for 3 years, when she left the hospital she was deemed “end of life” but my goodness, she’s a different woman now. All the staff are so caring, lots of activities and everyone is so nice. Sadly Granny died but the staff went above and beyond and cared for her so kindly,
respectfully and with dignity.
It would be perfect if all rooms had an en-suite shower but that didn’t impact her care.

My sister was in a previous care home not far from Hillside, prior to moving here she was very unwell mentally and had no stimulation. But now the staff have supported her and helped her to get to a better place mentally and physically. At the time we weren't sure about the move but my goodness this
has been the best decision we have ever made. All staff from cleaners to the manager have been absolutely fantastic and treat us all with nothing but respect.
Care staff are very caring and even though it's a difficult job, nothing is ever a bother. Five star home.

I highly recommend hillside view carehome in Paisley as my personal experiences are all positive. The environment is spacious and clean. The staff are professional, friendly, welcoming and very attentive and cheerful to the residents. My mum has settled well into her new home. Her health is
carefully monitored. Her mobility has improved beyond comprehension and belief. Overall my impressions of Hillside view nursing home are excellent.

My brother has been at Hillside View for many years now and all I can say is with confidence that he gets well looked after. He's treated with dignity and respect even though at times he can be a hard man to live with. All at Hillside thank you very much.

My mother has recently moved into Hillside View, after needing extra care with her Alzheimer's. Every member of staff has been welcoming and supportive of my mum and I have been delighted at how well she has transitioned and settled into her new home. The quality of care is first rate and I commend
the manager and assistant manager for their open-door policy and the support they give to my mum and to us as a family. There is a real friendliness and warmth within the home, from the lady on reception to the maintenance man and all the nursing and auxiliary staff who work so hard to provide a high level of care. Thank you.

My wee auntie stays at Hillside View and has done just before covid, as we stay a fair bit away we don't get as much chance to visit however the staff and management keep us up to date on a monthly basis or if there are any changes.
My wee auntie looks amazing, she is well cared for, looks amazing
and I can't thank the staff enough. They treat her like family.
Thank you so so much.

My husband came into Hillside Veiw from hospital. Over time he got better, and started trusting staff more and more. Staff treat him, and I when I visit, with great respect and dignity - even at times when he can be challenging.
I now have the time to spend with him and not be his carer - thank
you.
The administrator and manager make sure I get home okay.

I feel my cousin is very well looked after at Hillside View Care Home. Staff are all very welcoming and attentive to my cousin's needs. My cousin states he likes living at Hillside and would happily recommend your service to all friends and family if they needed a care service.

At Hillside View we are all one big family. Staff treat us all with respect at all times. We have had happy times over the last few weeks and it was good to have a normal Christmas. Management team are very helpful but very busy. Thank you team Hillside.
