I feel that if you complain about anything regarding this home the staff turn hostile towards you. This has happened to me after I complained. I do not visit anymore as it was very intimidating the last time. Even when I phone it is just basic answers like yes no, cannot tell you you are not next
of kin.
That's my feeling regarding this home.

Surroundings are not overly decorated (good for relaxation). Staff to date have been extremely pleasant. Food is fine!

My brother has been in care facilities for nearly ten years and apart from the initial 2 years in the neuro-rehab facility, I've never felt at ease with him in the care facilities he was in previously. I am really pleased at the atmosphere, care, and accessibility I have had since he came here, and,
despite covid restrictions, have been able to see him anytime I have requested and so much help in making his room a home, with his own things around him. I look forward to more activities becoming available and joining in future festivities.
