The service provided in the home is excellent. My sister is very well looked after. The facilities are great. As a family, we are always made to feel very welcome. The staff are extremely professional but also friendly.

My mum has received excellent care at Darnley Court in the specialist Carmichael unit. Despite my mum's strong personality, the staff have been amazing, kind-hearted and patient. I will forever be grateful that Mum found a home here.

Rose's family are very pleased that Rose is living in Carmichael unit at Darnley Court Care Home. We cannot thank the staff of Darnley Court enough for taking time to get to know Rose, for looking after her health and wellbeing so well. The family feel very welcome when we visit. We also feel that Rose is being exceptionally well looked after in very difficult circumstances.

Staff are exceptional, very helpful and very empathetic to my brothers needs in every way. I'm delighted with the care my brother receives from every single staff member.

Love the fresh refurbishment. Staff are so helpful and friendly. My mother is very well looked after. Kind care shown. Genuine care and friendships between carers and all residents.

My friend has been very happy and content since moving to Darnley Court. She is treated with respect and dignity at all times and staff listen to her needs and assist her constantly when required. Staff keep her family informed of any concerns.

We were embraced from the moment we arrived. We feel part of a loving, caring and hard-working family. Every member of staff are like family and offer reassurance and respect. Hate the security system. Realise the importance of locked doors but wished it could be better managed.

Great staff. Always so welcoming and helpful. There is a very good range of activities for the residents also. Place is clean and tidy and rooms are nice. Nothing is too much bother for the staff who are always around to help.

My Mum arrived at her new home in February after a month long stay in a hospital, she was not at her best. Fast forward to June, the difference is amazing. My mum is doing so well. I would not have thought it was possible. The care given by the staff is great. Thank you and the staff for your hard work and dedication.

Friend seemed very satisfied with the care they are receiving . She has no complaints about staff or meals. If she wants something between meals, the staff are more than happy to help her. Similarly, if she needs assistance with anything, she only has to ask.

Beaton House has been renovated and is bright and freshly decorated. The staff are friendly and helpful. We all wish the best for our family members and hope they are looked after with kindness and sensitivity. In discussions with staff members and what I experienced during my visits, I am confident that many of the staff care for the residents as they would wish their own family members to be cared for. I hope the staff can continue to do the best they can do to look after our loved ones.

I am very happy with he care my husband receives at Darnley Court Care Home. The staff are so friendly and helpful. His room is always clean and tidy. My husband seems always very content. Overall, I am very happy with everything.

I am delighted with the care of my dad. Staff cannot do enough, they are friendly and professional and I am eagerly looking forward to seeing the new refurb. Reception staff and home management listen and respond to any questions or suggestions.

My father has been with you for five years and over the years there have been ups and downs in the home. I just feel now his condition has gotten a lot worse. He has been in his bed now for a great few weeks as he cannot sit in a normal chair now. I feel he is sleeping most of the time and not talking much at all. When he is not really eating and drinking need to tempt him just a little bit. Also, he feels the cold, and is always cold, bought him a thicker quilt put his name on it put it on his bed but when we go to visit it is usually off so we put it back on.
