My mum was at Rosehall for around 18 months. In all that time, mum was treated with dignity and respect. I watched the staff work hard in the fist few weeks to ensure mum was as orientated and well cared for at a time that was particularly tough for her, while she settled in. The care moved on from
constant respect and care to watching the carers display love and tenderness for mum. They worked hard taking care of her basic needs but so much more. Activities were regular, plentiful appropriate and enriching. They were a good range of types of activities so that they catered for all residents needs. Carers spent time with the residents in between care activities to ensure they were stimulated and loved. Not only was mum cared for but so we're we as a family. We were kept informed of any difficulties mum faced and also challenges mum had overcome with the staffs support.
Any suggestions of improvements in care or services was well considered and adopted when appropriate. 10/5 stars. Xxx

Our Mum lived at Rosehall for 18 months before she passed away. From the moment she arrived the staff supported her to remain as independent as possible. The staff always went the extra mile to maintain her health and spirit and genuinely cared about her and us. Our Mum was always treated with
dignity and respect. Rosehall is how a care home should be and we are eternally grateful to them.

We can't thank the staff and residents enough for welcoming Mum to Rosehall. The staff are kind, patient and build strong relationships with residents. They took the time to understand Mum, her life, things that are important to her, her likes and dislikes, and got to know us as a family too.
Rosehall truly changed our perception of care home life. Mum was engaged in various activities including balloon badminton, making a memory box, enjoyed a tea dance, karaoke, and church service, and had her hair and nails done. She always raved about how great the staff were.
Mum came into the care home as a younger resident. She likes 'a blether' and to feel useful. Staff adapted to her needs, often chatting and having banter throughout the home, and involving her simple tasks to give her purpose.
The care home itself is lovely; bright, welcoming, with beautiful gardens, large bedrooms and a great day room with lots of natural light. Thank you for your kindness and taking great care of Mum.

Overall care is good, range of activities is excellent. The only issue is other residents accessing rooms and personal property being removed and not returned. The staff are friendly and approachable.

We have only positive experiences with Rosehall. Mum went into the home in January 2022. The staff are genuinely kind, and caring and always have the resident's welfare at heart. The home exudes a lovely warm and friendly atmosphere.
Our mum is so happy and content at Rosehall and they have been
able to get her to take part in activities and outside visits.
The staff are always available to give updates and discuss how mum is doing as well as keeping us up to date with changes in medication etc.
On behalf of the family, I would like to thank them for all their support throughout as they have made what could be a stressful time stress-free.
Thanks again.

Rosehall provides a safe environment for my mum and dad.
Raised an issue to the care home manager and her deputy - it was then dealt with professionally and quickly!
Excellent service.
Also, carers look after my mum and dad well - the selection of home-cooked meals and food are just right.

My dad moved from another Care Home into Rosehall a couple of days ago. The home is lovely and very clean. I was blown away with the kindness shown to my dad by all staff members. He has settled brilliantly into the home and is already calling it his house. He says all the staff are great and he's
having the best food he's had since my mum died.
Big thank you to all staff for giving us as a family, peace of mind that he's in the best place.

My mum has been in Rosehall for almost 6 years now. The management and staff are wonderful and I cannot fault them on anything. They are so genuinely kind, caring and loving to all the residents. On behalf of myself and family, I would like to thank them for all the support they continue to give us
through a very difficult time with my mum’s illness.

Since my dad has moved into Rosehall over 3 years ago, he has been exceptionally well looked after. The home is always clean and inviting. He is well-fed, clean and encouraged to stay as active as possible. The staff are very caring towards my dad and very welcoming to me as a visitor. During the
last very difficult year Rosehall has been amazing. My dad remains physically very well, an amazing achievement in these dark days. The staff are always happy to update me on how he is as we can’t visit at present which is a great comfort to me. My dad and I have been delighted with his care.

All staff are very helpful and keep me well informed about my uncle's health, especially at this time of a pandemic. All care is taken on safety when garden visits are allowed and I am happy to know that he is being well looked after.

Our mum has been a resident for over two years and has been very well cared for. We have worked along with nursing and community liaison staff to adapt her medicines to prevent stress and distress and allow our mum to live through her dementia journey the best she can. GP service is close by and do
regular visits to the home.
Residents rooms are personalised and homely. Mealtimes are menu-based and wholesome and varied. The kettle is always on for tea and biscuits and cake.
The staff and management are doing a terrific job keeping everyone safe during the Coronavirus pandemic. It is so difficult not being able to visit, we keep in touch through social media page, where we can see the fun all the residents are having. Daily activities are obviously keeping spirits up for both residents and care staff.
The home has had no positive cases of Covid 19 and is keeping a tight rein on testing staff and infection prevention and control measures.
All in all a terrific care home.

I have found the staff to be approachable and attentive to the needs of the residents. There is always a nice calm atmosphere in the home which I have found very reassuring and it is clean. The staff are friendly, helpful and will always speak to you if you have any concerns as to your relative's
health and wellbeing.

As a retired carer myself I realise how hard it is to make everyone happy my aunt is in Rosehall she has Alzheimer's and was becoming a danger to herself. We were delighted when we were told she had a place in Rosehall because my mother could visit her sister, I myself live in the Midlands so can't
be there for them. 2 years ago when Mum became ill I had no problem trying to get her a room as Rosehall, unfortunately, Mum didn't win her fight and passed. During this past year, the angels in Rosehall have gone over and beyond for all residents. Their Facebook page has been wonderful for seeing all their activities had video calls and know my aunt is being well looked after. I know it's hard not being able to visit but I prefer safety over personal selfishness for my long-awaited cuddle. If there is an award for Care Home of the Year, Rosehall Care Home would be my choice.

The staff are most helpful and gave us help with any concerns and advice we required for our aunt. The food was to a high standard with a lovely environment.
24 April 2017
Very pleasant and caring staff, nothing is too much trouble. Rooms very much like home to residents also great motivation and outings for those able, nothing but praise for not an easy job or time of life, would definitely recommend.
25 August 2016
The care of my aunt has been good. She gets on well with staff and responds well to them. Some of the staff are more aware of how to interact with her than others but most are excellent. I had a problem with aspects of my aunts care, which took too long to resolve and resulted in me complaining
about the third life management. These issues were eventually resolved.
03 August 2016
Complete confidence in the staff's ability to care for my aunt, particularly when she suffers frequent episodes of illness requiring antibiotics and extra medical care.
29 July 2016
A well presented care home with excellent staff, good food and caring employees. Residents being entertained often, some on outings. Local to me, which means ease of access.
29 July 2016
My mother has been a resident at the above care home for 16 months. She is treated with extreme dignity and her needs are taken into account on all levels. I could not wish for a more homely environment for her as she becomes more frail.
