My husband has settled well in Douglas View. He eats well, sleeps well, and enjoys the events the home puts on.

My relative has been living at Douglas View for the past 2 years. The staff interact with her very well. There are lots of activities to keep her entertained.

Douglas View is a kind, caring environment, and myself and my family are happy with the ongoing care my mum is receiving.

The home is exactly that. A home where we come and visit mum and her friends. Her friends are the other residents who share her 'lounge' space. It's also the amazing staff who genuinely care for mum. The decor has been refreshed, and it is beautiful. its very satisfying to know your mother is safe and happy. What more can we ask for.

My mum has been well taken care of with all the staff. We couldn't wish for a better place for her in her later years of her life. I am very pleased we chose this care home.

I have been visiting for 5 months and I can honestly say that my experience and that of the rest of my family is very positive. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They are kind and caring. The services provided are above and beyond, from outings to entertainment, they do their best to include everyone and to give everyone a happy experience.

Nice to see him in the garden with sunshine. He loved the gardening places and vegetables. Looks well and cared for. The staff are a credit.

Mum has been resident here for over 3 years and can't believe how well mum is not only looked after but is cared for so well. Staff know mum extremely well and we take great comfort knowing how well mum is loved and looked after as she would have been at home.

We are very pleased with the care and attention that my dad received at the nursing home. There are always activities and entertainment to keep the residents occupied, including days out for sightseeing and lunch. The tribute acts are also part of the occasions such as Easter, Valentines Day, Mothers Day and Xmas. The care home has recently been decorated to a high standard. It's lovely and comfy.

Lovely visit. Staff are helpful and friendly as ever. Plenty of tea, snacks and chat. Please is always clean, tidy and pleasant. Beautiful day so plenty of chairs and sunshine outside.

My experience of my regular visits to my sister in law. I have found the home to be welcoming and the premises to be very clean. My sister in law is well looked after and has settled in well. I would recommend this home to anyone who has someone who has care needs.

My mum is well looked after. Her drawers keep getting messed up. Staff really care for my mum + treat my mum good as well as me.

All the staff in Douglas View are excellent with my mum. They are always friendly and approachable my mum appears well dress and cared for.

I cannot thank Douglas View staff enough for looking after my mother in law. The staff are a pleasure, they work tirelessly for the benefit of the residents. They have a better social life than the rest of us! The quality of life of the residents is remarkable. I cannot thank you all enough. We now have peace of mind and my mother in law has care and dignity.
